No exageration, the absolute best seafood chowder I have ever eaten. My cup, the size of a small bowl, had 5 scallops, several shrimp, and a very delicious butter broth with fish pieces. I could not finish my turkey club. If I had known how good the chowder is, I would have had a bowl and no sandwhich!

Not busy but took almost 30 min to get a beverage and place an order..overly expensive..I mean..charging $1 extra fir lettuce,$1.50 for tomato slice on a $12 burger??Nothing g special, average food..super poor service. Not planning on returning

Great spot for lunch or dinner , beautiful views of the Bay , a little slow on service , but they were really understaffed. We had fish one day and scallops the next day , both were fantastic.

My wife and I visited Pier Waterfront because it was literally the only restaurant open on Campobello Island that day. We were hopeful due to the good reviews. Our experience was not so great. The servers were overworked but did a good job of seeing to each table. The wait times were very long, but it was busy so I understand. However, our drinks were very weak, to the point of me doubting certain promised ingredients were even added. For example, Mark's Hard Lemonade promised Jim Beam, but I couldn't detect even a hint of bourbon in the drink. Our salads, though they took a long time to come, were fresh and tasty. Our mains were mixed. The maple salmon consisted of a nice piece of salmon topped with a mixture of store bought syrup (think Aunt Jemima's) and some peppery spice. We were disappointed that there wasn't even real maple syrup. The halibut was cooked well, but a little plain since I didn't want a cheese sauce. Also, the "seasonal vegetable" was frozen carrots.(Maybe I should have ordered some fried fish and things might have been better.)

Food & service were great. It was very busy when we arrived and almost the entire dining room was full. A single waitress was working very hard to serve everyone, keep up with cleaning tables and she did a wonderful job.

Went here today and I must say, the Poutine here is VERY good, I'd definitely come back here if afforded the chance. And the scenery is just breathtaking, especially if you choose to dine outside.

We had heard good things about the deck here and I’m so glad we stopped by for cocktails and a snack. We saw minke whales while we ate and drank

Beautiful spot but slow service… our waitress was nice but the service was extremely slow with no apologies, we waited about an hour and 15 minutes for 3 out of 4 plates then an additional 10 minutes for the 4th plate, drinks were ordered that were never received but were offered after we were done eating, kids wanted dessert but we didn’t want to have to wait another half an hour Ordered “maple grilled salmon” was so spicy could barely eat it

Perfect atmosphere inside and patio looking for the beautiful coastline. 3 weeks on the east coast and this is by far the best food I have come across and I've eaten seafood everyday from much pricier places. Which by the way was another surprise as this was cheaper than what I was used to. Lightly battered fish and the chowder was a true cream style. The portion size was yet again above average. I actually got up and went and thanked the chef and that is not my style. The beers they had on tap had a lot of flavor and very suitable to our liking. I tried a Grimross Maritime Cream Ale and this was a pleasant surprise which went perfect with my meal.Other meals beside us looked equally amazing so koodles for presentation.Parking: big free parking lot next door for beach walks and the wharf.

My parents took their 3 grand-daughters to South Western NB for a vacation getaway. Part of their trip included visiting Campobello. While on the island they visited your establishment and had lunch. The service was slow and when the food arrived it was barely lukewarm. There were 5 orders of which included Fish chowder, two orders of battered fish, a ceasar salad, and chicken fingers. Coincidently, those that ate the fish oriented meals were sick for nearly 2 days afterwards while the other two were fine. One can only surmise that 5 people travelling together for 5 days and only the ones that were sick were those that ate fish dishes of what happened here. I see in other reviews that cold food was noted a number of times, as well as seeing a complaint about the cleanliness of the establishment. I trust that the restaurant step up to ensure food safety for their customers so that future clientele avoid getting sick. It will not be a restaurant that will not be suggested as a place to visit to our friends and family.
