Had a 10 minute wait, for a chicken wrap (which I asked for no tomatoes and still got them) potato wedges which I paid for dipping sauce and didn't get. poor service.

Tim Hortons is a welcoming establishment where customers receive excellent service. The staff, including the afternoon manager, greet customers with big smiles and ensure orders are fulfilled promptly. The team goes above and beyond, as seen in the story of two employees who made a special sandwich for a customer despite being out of stock. Despite being busy, the service remains good. The staff is cooperative and a employee named Nav is very friendly and experienced. Mr Mohammad is generous and courteous. The employees encountered did not demonstrate a warm welcome.
