Wendy's in Asheville

“Well they didn't have my coffee but to be fair it's like midnight. Also, they didn't have the frosty flavor I wanted either. BUT they substituted and gave us 4 chocolate frosties for the price of the one and I got my refund on doordash so I can't complain. also heard the staff is hot but idk I didn't go in“

“Wow, I am genuinely surprised! I have not hit a Wendy’s in 4-6yrs and I have to say I am impressed. The burger was as good if not better than 5guys without the added cost, because 5guys burgers have to be $10😆. The staff were attentive and fast! I don’t think I spent more than 2min from order to driving off. Awesome Job Guys!“

“Such a great experience this evening after being let down multiple times in the past. My Mom and I quit going there for a couple months because the staff made us uncomfortable. They were rude and always seemed to be making fun of something. So this evening I said well Mom let's give it another shot and I was expecting the worst again and this bright voice on the other end of the speaker just changed all experiences we have had there. She was so outgoing and polite and when we got up to the window she told us she had come from the Biltmore Wendy's and some of the other employees had been replaced. What a relief and positive vibe this lady brought to this location. I didn't get her name and the gentleman there with her was as well. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience this evening ❤️“
