“Decided to come to New World Cafe for breakfast while I was in Durham NC. The food was amazing! The customer service was spectacular!!! Logan served us and was so patient and welcoming. Especially if you’re trying to stay healthy, they have the freshest Acai bowls that they customize to your liking and no added sugar like other places. On top of that they have a loyalty card and after 10 berries, you can get a free bowl. The service is bar none, after my 3rd time they had my order memorized, which is why I go in once/twice a week!!!“

The quality of the food is great and gives me sustained energy. The variety of the menu and ability to mix and match the bases of the bowls gives endless combinations so I can keep things interesting while building a consistent breakfast routine that works great. Charlotte, Janet, and Genesis are extremely helpful and kind. They do an amazing job of creating a great customer experience and I always feel welcomed even when they see me so frequently.
