Quite frankly, Chick-fil-a sucks. Ok, maybe I don’t get it, so please enlighten me.The food sucks, the quality sucks, and the service sucks, even with every high school kid in a radius of 10 miles working there. Ordered the 3pc.chicken tender meal. Meal? For who, a toddler? Looking at it on the tray in the tiny box it comes in I thought it maybe was some condiments they provided. Nope, it was the “meal” that consisted of 3 mini two and a half inch chicken tenders, which were just barely warm with soggy breading and basically tasteless. With some fries and a drink and the great price of $9.99! A 5 year old kid would be asking you what was for dinner AFTER eating it! And let’s not talk about the “original” chicken sandwich, the one where you have to eat through an inch of bread on the edge just to get to the 2 inch by 1/4 inch piece of chicken! So please, tell me, what is that would even attract you to eat there? Maybe they have subliminal messaging in their tv commercials? Is it the cute cows? Why? Because it CAN”T be the food. There are a lot of people that believe it can only be a cult that would make you wait on a drive-thru line for 20 minutes to get this crap. Listen, there is a KFC right down the street that actually gives you something to eat for your money and better quality to boot! Try it, please! Don’t drink the Kool Aid anymore, escape from the cult! YOU CAN DO IT!!

I really hate to leave this review, but with the amount of times we’ve had our order messed up or items just completely not given, I thought it was time. I would say 99% of the time something is wrong with the order and the service is always terrible. The food is the same as any Chick-fil-A, which is the reason we still go to this location. But definitely triple check your order.

I have tried and tried to give this place a chance. We love Chick-fil-A. We go about once a week. This location is the only one within driving distance when we come to Southern Pines for gymnastics on Fridays. Every single time we order, without fail -- there is at least one item missing. Sometimes it's as minor (albeit annoying) as giving me a knife or a spoon with my salad instead of a fork. Sometimes it's forgetting a side of fries. At least twice, an entire entree or meal has been missing from our bags. Today I checked the food to make sure that there was enough ranch for all our meals, and the employee who handed me my bags got an attitude when he noticed I was checking. I'm just overall disappointed because as a whole I've never had any bad things to say about Chick-fil-A, but this location is really testing my patience.

Visited the Southern Pines location (#05048) today for the second time.

The parking lot was noticeably cleaner than many other restaurants, which was a big plus.

The line was very long this morning around the breakfast-to-lunch transition.

The bowl I ordered tended to hold too much moisture in the container, causing the hash browns to become soggy after sitting for a bit.

On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We waited for 10 to 30 minutes. Then the guy came out and said he had the wrong amount and wrong name. Finally got our food only to find out we were missing one of our sides. Not real happy about this place or the service. Means we are from out of state.

As of lately the food taste horrible. The chicken taste spoiled and the sausage biscuit was so bad it went into the trash can. The food chick fil a serves is unacceptable.

I really want to like this place, because I really like Chick-fil-A in general. This one struggles. Almost every time I go, my order is wrong in some way. Missing items, missing sauces, items I didn't order that are probably missing from someone else's order. Get it together, CFA.

I try to use my points and tell them I’d like to, but they just take your phone, I got charged full price and I didn’t use my points. I’m not sure how to. It would be nice to be able to ask. They’re rushing so fast with 2 cars behind me that they’re cutting me off talking over me when I’m trying to ask about scanning my points. Also I’d love if they didn’t have to take my phone inside every time. I feel annoying too always having to ask for sauce later because they haven’t been asking what sauce you’d like with your food lately.
