I came on Red Cup day and the cafe was buzzing. Through all the busyness, all staff members worked together great and got my drink made quickly. A customer even forgot to grab her red cup and the manager, Alesia, noticed and ran a cup out to her. She delivers great customer service and leads through example. She creates a happy environment for both staff and customer.
Good crew but didn't know what a dirty chai was and didn't ask. Not upset with them but an inconvenience to get it fixed
