Yesterday I went to thus Dunkin in Aberdeen, NC. I had stopped by Food Lion, and prior to entering the store I placed my drink order ahead on the mobile app, 6:49pm to be exact. I get to the drive thru line approximately 10 minutes after, tell the girl on the speaker that I had a mobile order with my name, and she tells me to go ahead and pull forward. Door does not state that they are closed. Does not answer their phone leaving me waiting outside for my food which btw I never got nor a refund. Do not allow an app to do walk ins when your door is closed. The manager told me to come back later or get in the drive thru that had 10 cars. Multiple people tried getting in the doors. Awful customer service. I tried to joke with the cashier on National Donut Day she had a nasty attitude. I’ll continue to go to granny’s donuts.
