We walked into Firehouse tonight and noticed that the employee had been handling the mop and mop bucket. She proceeded behind the counter and put on gloves. My friend kindly asked if she would wash her hands because she handled the mop and mop bucket. She stood there and looked puzzled. The cashier asked her to wash her hands. I've only ordered one sub here and it's my favorite it's the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. This sub is very tasty and is great just the way it is dressed and served. The staff here was courteous and polite, the establishment was very clean.

It's good food. We had three different things, and they were all good. The employees could have been more energetic, and they didn't have a full selection of drinks. But, it's a good experience, and they support first responders/military.
