Worker was acting as though she didn't want to work. No initiative to do her job. Watched as she "wiped " off trays, which was literally barely touching them. Observed another employee "napping" in the lobby, I am assuming she was in a break, so I guess that's why she was asleep. The only thing good I can say is, my orderbwas correct.

Got a lot of attitude from a young team member who didnt want to move her mouth and annunciate words. Those of us not local cannot understand someone who literally talks without moving her mouth. I wasnt rude but she acted completely bored and with attitude when I had to ask 4 times whats that, I cant understand what your saying. Nothing wrong with the service time or food.
