Long ago, they used to have actually hibachi tables. Years ago, when they renovated, they changed. Now they just have one, and everyone else sits at a table away from the grill, and have the food brought over to them. That's okay if you don't mind not having the show. Over the years, the food has gone down hill. It simply isn't as good as it used to be. The fact that they aren't usually terribly busy is a key clue to this. Mt Fuji is the best hibachi in town!! My family and I go here at least once or even twice a month for dinner. The service is outstanding. The waiters are so incredibly polite. The restaurant obviously knows how to treat their servers because it reflects in their attitudes. The servers are long time employees.
