I am not sure what is going on here. I waited in the drive through for 15minutes and no one ever took my order. The car behind me drove around the window to honk but no one ever came . It is disappointing because we don't have a sonic in my city so to drive 30 minutes for poor service is disheartening. I only waited as long as because Sonic is one of few places my daughter likes

So I am getting my car washed next door and figure why not grab some lunch while I wait? So I walk over and the little sitting area has a order screen that is out of order and a couple sitting there says, “A waitress will be out to take your order and you pay her.” OK, tracking. And I wait. And wait. 3 separate car hops come out and none of them acknowledge me. Then the girl brings out the other couples order looks at me turns and walks back inside. No “Hi”, “Hello”, or even a “screw you”. Just bland ambivalence… Well this is a last trip here.

There is never any fruit in the cherry limeade. Even when I order extra cherry I do not receive it. The fries are rarely hot and the burgers taste like they've been sitting in the warming drawer far longer than they should. I avoid this place, but my husband remains hopeful that someday they'll actually put fruit in his drink.

Absolutely the most incompetent fast food workers I've ever come across. I asked for a smash burger with only onions and mayo. She removed the onions. Told her I wanted onions. She deleted the order and then selected a non-smash burger. Explained to her that I wanted a smash burger. She deleted the other burger and then put back a smash burger with no onions and then put mayo on the hot dog.
If these people aren't smart enough to take a simple order, then there is no way they can hygienically handle food. If you're looking for fast food, you're better off rummaging through a dumpster.

I was wondering how this would taste. I'm not a pickle fan but trying new things is what I like to do. The drink was actually very good Sonic capture the pickle taste to a T. Bubba had a pickle taste to it as well, the pickle inside the drink was nasty to me. Overall if you like pickles you will like this drink.

This place is disgusting. I ordered food there last night the bacon looked like it was a week old the lettuce was plain old and the burger tasted like it was sitting in a warmer all day. Pretty bad when you can’t even get a tater tot right also. They were burnt and also tasted like they had been sitting a while. And now I have been sick since I woke up this morning. Never again and I hope the health department shuts your place down.

Went drivethru ordered Large Strawberry Shake and BLT got home and had a Egg and Bacon sandwich tried to call 📞 had a number but they don’t have a phone 🫡 it was inconvenient and time consuming to travel back to get my sandwich 🥪 of choice at 8;00 PM

Pulled in today for a burger for myself and a cheeseburger meal for my son. Everything just okay other than his bun on his Burger was moldy. I tried several times to bring it to the attention of staff. I pressed the button for service more than three times. I asked for a manager, I explained my issue. I didn't get an answer or any clarification. All I wanted to do is speak to somebody and get him a reset. On the third or fourth time of mashing the red button and begging to speak with somebody. Someone showed up with a burger for him without an explanation or apology or any reconciliation. The staff I did interact with seemed dismissive and discontent.
