Went drivethru ordered Large Strawberry Shake and BLT got home and had a Egg and Bacon sandwich tried to call 📞 had a number but they don’t have a phone 🫡 it was inconvenient and time consuming to travel back to get my sandwich 🥪 of choice at 8;00 PM

Pulled in today for a burger for myself and a cheeseburger meal for my son. Everything just okay other than his bun on his Burger was moldy. I tried several times to bring it to the attention of staff. I pressed the button for service more than three times. I asked for a manager, I explained my issue. I didn't get an answer or any clarification. All I wanted to do is speak to somebody and get him a reset. On the third or fourth time of mashing the red button and begging to speak with somebody. Someone showed up with a burger for him without an explanation or apology or any reconciliation. The staff I did interact with seemed dismissive and discontent.

No tap to pay. The lady working there said that she types credit card information into the system, so she couldn't take my card that doesn't display the card number... seemed sketchy, won't be back and will warn others.

The burgers were juicy and fresh. The service was very fast and employees were super nice. I thought that the skates were a nice addition since I don't see that with many sonics anymore. 10/10 service.

Rolled through at 7:10 on a Friday night. Should be easy to get a slushie right? Nope. Without another car in the drive thru we sat in line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come on at the kiosk asking for our order. I don’t even think anyone knew we were here waiting. Needless to say we drove off with nothing and I, a pregnant woman, am heavily disappointed that I didn’t get the Powerade slush I was craving.

When today'sto this establishment to grab a bite to eat before spending the night at Pinehurst hospital with my wife got my food.The tot was old.The burger was dry.Meat was dry.Cheese was stuck to the bread very disappointed
Everyone there should be ashamed of the quality of the food/service they provide the food has been cold the last 5 times I've been in the last 2 months I've had 20 minute wait to order just to pull through the drive through and see the workers sitting outside doing NOTHING and the workers always look SLOPPY I've worked fast food 2 years so I know it sucks but this genuinely has to be one of the worst fast food places in Southern pines/Aberdeen y'all might have cook out beat.
