I'm happy to say that this is a good tbell! They really try to make sure orders are correct AND ready asap. Tbell was my first job, and I worked at multiple locations-so trust me when I say this tbell is genuinely good. They really do care about getting orders correct! Ive been going to this location for about a year, but tonight when their systems were down they showed how genuine they were. I came through the drive-thru (placed a mobile order) and they were working so hard to make sure orders got out to customers asap, despite technical difficulties. Whenever I've gone there, I can tell they are always actively working to get orders pcorrect! And they have always been friendly to customers. I really appreciate how hard the team at this tbell works! You guys are doing a great job!

It's bad enough that the bean burritos have gone up to being over $2.50 a piece now just since 2019 they were $1. Now I've gone into this Taco Bell today and got the smallest bean burrito I've ever seen and I paid so much for it I am probably never going to eat Taco Bell again and I am a very long time Taco Bell connoisseur.

Ordered 5 soft tacos meat and cheese only, got home 30 minutes away and they are fully loaded. This isn't the first time they have gotten my order wrong. I work extremely hard for my money just to have incompetent people get a simple order wrong. I would highly recommend to not eat at this establishment.

Food hot and delicious. Got exactly as ordered. Two cars ahead of me. Wait less than 5 mins.
The worst experience ever. Ordered inside a kiosk. Planning to pay cash. The sign said place order at kiosk and pay at counter. I waited at the counter. No one acknowledged me. I continued to wait- at one point I counted 30 people inside the restaurant. No one was getting served. There were 4 workers in the drive through line and only 1 on the other side.There appeared to be no supervision of the work. I and others tried to ask questions and get updates. After waiting an hour I left with no food

This place was great, I order tacos without cheese and the Rockingham store has messed it up 12 out of 14 times, so I always ask a few times hoping I won't have to get the baby out of the car and go inside to get it fixed. It was all correct and really hot. I also got 18% cash back on Upside so win win.
