Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Worker was rude and didn’t apologize for slamming the bathroom door into me when I was going to walk out! Manager didn’t apologize after letting them know about the incident. My food was cold and you could tell it had been sitting out! Don’t waste your money and go to this establishment!!

Went in wouldn't take my order at counter told me I had to use the kiosk. Use the kiosk and it directs me back to the counter to pay cash where no one was at. Then I waited for 10 minutes on my food and still didn't receive it. 1 sweeping, 1 putting trash bags in trash, 1 washing tables, multiple people just standing around. Only saw 2 preping orders. I think the manager walked out while I was there and saw these people standing there doing nothing. Front of store was full of people waiting on their orders. So we left. Very poor service!

The food was awful and so was the service the young lady was very rude and not helpful at all she had a very bad attitude my order number was 264 and the server name is Jessica N . This was the Aberdeen location in North Carolina as seen in the photo my food was stuck to the bag it came in

Restaurant is littered with trash, very dirty. Soda machines are a mess and there wasn't a clean table in the room. The food was nice but inattentive. The door was room temp and not very tasty. Unfortunately this was money wasted. Definitely disappointing

It's usually 50/50 on whether your meal is complete and everything is in the bag the first time...but they protect the sauces like they're the ones paying for it lol 🤣

Never gives requested sauce packets and frequently makes mistakes on any order for 3+ people. Also food took nearly 20min to be ready, not fast food at all. If they are going to take so long, at least get the order right

Food was left sitting out too long, nachos were soggy. There was a cinnamon twist in my mom's nacho bell grande. We ordered two empanadas and only received one. Additionally we waited over 20 minutes for our food.
I ordered a 3 taco supreme combo. The tacos were tiny. Like taquitos. Over here still hungry.

I'm happy to say that this is a good tbell! They really try to make sure orders are correct AND ready asap. Tbell was my first job, and I worked at multiple locations-so trust me when I say this tbell is genuinely good. They really do care about getting orders correct! Ive been going to this location for about a year, but tonight when their systems were down they showed how genuine they were. I came through the drive-thru (placed a mobile order) and they were working so hard to make sure orders got out to customers asap, despite technical difficulties. Whenever I've gone there, I can tell they are always actively working to get orders pcorrect! And they have always been friendly to customers. I really appreciate how hard the team at this tbell works! You guys are doing a great job!
