I just had someone order food for me and I wanted to let the owner know the person they talked to was rude and not professional. We had called about 5 mins before opening to see if we could order, a female answered and told us to call back, you weren't open. The reason we called 4 mins. early was because we have a diabetic and needed food for them and we thought they make take the order 4 mins. early. We eat here often and always have good food and usually good service. Ate here on August 4th and it took 40 minutes to get our food once we ordered and 15 minutes to check out. Waitress never apologized about wait even after we said something. She just left us waiting without any update as to the problem. When we got food I said we about gave up. She just said they are training new people and never apologized for the wait. I realize things happen but keeping customers aware...read full review
We stopped on the way to take our son to the airport to head off for his next steps in his Marine journey.. we were all emotional to say the least. I wish I remembered our waitresses name because she stopped to ask his name and tell him she would be praying for him, it was a simple gesture but meant so much! The food was amazing!
