My husband has order from this store the last 4 times and every time the drivers go to the wrong address! By the time we receive our orders they are cold! When we have called they have been rude and disrespectful! Tell us to wait 10 more minutes??? Like no when we ordered on the app it says 25-30 minutes for delivery we are not going to wait over an hour and then tell us 10 more minutes! This is unacceptable and we will not give anymore money to this store! We will take our business to Papa John’s!! My husband drove to the store because the tracker kept updating and the time for delivery was updating longer times every couple minutes. When he got to the store the front end employees refused to let him speak to a manager and a boy named Eli canceled the order and never apologized never tried to make anything right just walked off and continued to load pizzas in a car out front. This is very unprofessional behavior by the employees to be trained this way! This place definitely needs better management. After reading these reviews they are loosing serious business over the last few months. Corporate management needs to step in and fix this store before they close this store! They will not get our business anymore by no means! Everyone read these reviews save your money and go to papa John’s! Make the extra few minute driver for better service and quality pizza! Our food at Papa John’s was steaming hot and cooked just right ! Please don’t give this lousy dominos your hard earned money because they definitely don’t appreciate your business!

Well pizza was on the cement porch and dog has enjoying it! At least maybe they got good pizza cause I didn’t! By the time I knew it was here it was devoured.

I ordered a pizza online Friday September 26 at approximately 6:00 PM. This was from Dominoes at 100 Yadkinville Valley Road. The pizza tracker said it would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. About 25 minutes later I received a text saying my pizza was ready. Walked in the store and according to their pizza tracker it was ready. When I told them I was there I was informed they were running a little behind. After a 30 minute wait I asked about it again. I was told again “we’re running a little behind”. I asked how much longer it would be. I was then told that they didn’t have my pizza. They had to remake it. After ordering online and being informed the pizza was ready I stood in the store over an hour waiting on my pizza. If I hadn’t already paid for it I would have walked out.

Had to wait two entire hours for the food to be delivered, the delivery driver was extremely rude, smashed parts of the food, and talked down to us as he gave the food, did not follow delivery instructions, and when we sat down to eat, the food was overcooked. The delivery driver was so rude that my partner was in tears and felt too guilty to eat the food we ordered. Upon calling the location, the manager was obviously not passionate about what happened, and while they said they would speak to the person, it's evident that they didn't really care much.

This location should just close their doors. The last 3 times I’ve tried to get pizzas delivered we have had to just cancel. The app. Will tell you 30 to 45 min but that time doesn’t even come close to being right. When you try calling to the store to find out what the problem is the phone is busy. Finally after several minutes and calling repeatedly someone will answer. Then you find out it hasn’t even been prepared yet and it’s been over an hour since you placed the order. If you are so busy you fill the order just let us know right away instead of letting people think the order will be delivered within 45 min. So now I’ll not try again I’ll go to Papa John’s and pick it up myself. 3 STRIKES, You’re OUT!!!

Ordered three pizzas for my little girls 8th birthday party around 11:40am, arrived at 1:20pm. The business seemingly updated the tracker after about 30-45 minutes to say our order had been delivered. Called about it, was told 5 to 10 minutes, after 15 minutes called again to be told they had no idea when the order would be there. At no point was anything offered to remedy this situation. The person on the phone apologized, which is appreciated but at no point in time was a refund offered, no items were offered to remedy the situation, nothing. I was told they had one delivery driver and that's why it was taking so long but they should have made their delivery times clear at the time of us ordering it. The real kick in the teeth is the excuses and the lack of anyone attempting to make this right. An 1:45 minute wait is wild. Hope they can hire some additional help but if the management is okay leaving the store like this I hope they're okay with losing money.

Very disappointed. While the pizza was decent, none of my special requests (light sauce, pie cut, no oregano) were honored. It’s like they read the slip but didn’t pay a whole lot of attention to what was written on it. Unfortunately, they are the only pizza place that will deliver to our house, so we will have to continue to use them.

This place is terrible...they lie to you about the status of your order when you call...I have never had such trouble out of a dominoes...just tell me you forgot about my order or didn't notice it on the screen...and please learn to cut the pizza you can't cut through the box
