This place is terrible...they lie to you about the status of your order when you call...I have never had such trouble out of a dominoes...just tell me you forgot about my order or didn't notice it on the screen...and please learn to cut the pizza you can't cut through the box

We got 7 pizzas and sides for a party and when we went to pick it up there was only one person working. She did an amazing job, but it felt shocking that at an entire location all work falls on one person. The ratings are low and all the complaints seem to be of problems that would be solved by having more hands. Such a large company can afford to hire at least one additional person, ideally more. It sends the message that they don’t care

The lady cutting the pizzas kept stopping to look at the tickets and then two seconds later would look at it again then their supposed dominos tracker said all seven orders were ready none of them were waited for over 20+ minutes for our food nice people though

They did not deliver all of my order delivery guy said he was sorry and he was going to go back to the store and pick it up and bring it to me and never did no one answers the store phones

Chad at Domino’s in Advance, informed me several times over the course of 2 hours that my food was in fact, coming! It did not. Do not rely on this business to do anything other than hire high schoolers that want to get off the clock! Poor quality food, poor quality service.

Sometimes they nail it. Other times I've had to ask them to remake undercooked pizza and the remake once was still undercooked. Probably poor training for handling pizza with a lot of toppings. Staff have polite and patient service this year. Last year not so much

I'm not one to complain. I just paused $40 for cold pizza that was 2 hours late. I get things that are hard but came on got some cinnamon sticks and didn't get any frosting.
Food was burnt my pizza look like it was thrown into the box even the box was burnt spent all that money for that and had to wait two hours... never again

waited a hour for my pizza too leave the store. i live 3 minutes from the location at most and the driver drives past my house too deliver a further out order first adding about 30 minutes too my total wait time. asked for light sauce thing was drenched. called the store and a girl tells me the tracker is sometimes wrong if the tracker is wrong then why did the pizza look like a doormat by the time it got here. rather you just tell me your sending me garbage then lie too me about the tracker being off like im simple enough too believe it. overall incompetence level is very high at this location. Mark is a shining light in a store of darkness over there always very respectful and quick.

WORST customer service ever! TOLD IT WOULD BE 2+ HOURS FOR MY PIZZA.... after I called them after it had been over an hour. Asked for manager and a woman got on phone said she would not give me her name or a regional manager's name that could help us. Online it stated it would be 37-58 min..... !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Terrible customer service.
