We got 7 pizzas and sides for a party and when we went to pick it up there was only one person working. She did an amazing job, but it felt shocking that at an entire location all work falls on one person. The ratings are low and all the complaints seem to be of problems that would be solved by having more hands. Such a large company can afford to hire at least one additional person, ideally more. It sends the message that they don’t care
Sometimes they nail it. Other times I've had to ask them to remake undercooked pizza and the remake once was still undercooked. Probably poor training for handling pizza with a lot of toppings. Staff have polite and patient service this year. Last year not so much
Honestly I've never had any issues from this location over the years...but the last 2 times Ive ordered my pizzas have come with all toppings dumped in the middle? So basically you are just eating sauced crust and the middle of your pizza falls apart because the cheese is all in the middle...Really disappointed I want pizza not just crust. Hope this improves soon because I really have always loved Domino's pizza.
