Did the mobile app so food wood be prepared while we drove over. Ordered at 2:28 PM, drove over, and went into the KFC and sat down to wait. There was only 1 other customer, and they left while I was sitting there. The other employees sang and talked about going on break. This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo place. We waited for 10 minutes to place our order only to be told that it'd be another 20+ minutes until someone from the Taco Bell side showed up. There were 9 people behind the counter, 2 on their phones, and 3 wearing Taco Bell attire!! We left. Went back 2 days later, placed our order and it was entirely wrong as well as sloppy assembly. The chicken was just warm and cooked really hard. The biscuit and coleslaw were pretty. The cashier had to take orders and fix orders. She had a line and was reasonably frustrated ?
