The store didn’t have many items for the ice cream side nor did they have many donut options. Dirty prep areas. Was very disappointed.
Please update your online menu. There are items on there for the Albemarle location that you all do not have. In example, I went there to get a strawberry sundae and was told you don’t have strawberries. There is a picture of a fudge sundae on the drive thru menu and as soon as I attempted to order a sundae, I was told you didn’t have fudge. Why are you still in business here? I have never been to this BR. First of all the Server was like detached from his job. Half talked, no smile, no personality, no nothing. Half of the ice cream was not in the case. Not sure if it was sold out or what. The one I wanted looked like it had melted and refrozen. Trying to find somewhere to sit was almost impossible. Every table was nasty. Not just dirty, but nasty. You would think that between customers someone would clean the place, wipe the freaking tables off!!!...read full review
