Went yesterday was great all around. Today, lousy malt and server had a attitude and argued about quantity of product, that was way short. They corrected it, kind of but wasn't made correctly. Very disappointed in the visit. That's rare for me at DQ.

Bad experience here, we came in and have to wait 5mins, there are no single person at the front counter. After we got our ice cream. Another customer came in and waited 5mins only one of the employee came out to take the order. No smile, no friendly, no thank you. I wonder why they put the poster on in the shop for promising about their services.

Waited a long time to order with lots of people working. Asked if they had soft serve chocolate. Employee seemed new because he had to ask. Was charged for a dipped cone and received a dipped cone. Waited 5 minutes to get the difference charged. Cones were supposed to all be the same size but one looked like half the amount. Please train your employees. Employee was really nice but needs more training.
If you’re gonna close at 8:30pm, at least turn off the lights so your customers don’t waste their time waiting to order. It’s always a disappointment with this location.

Haven't had the Orange Julius at any point that I've come to that location. At what point do they just take it off the menu? The hot dogs are gross and should not be served to human beings.
