If you’re gonna close at 8:30pm, at least turn off the lights so your customers don’t waste their time waiting to order. It’s always a disappointment with this location.

This DQ has decided to no longer honor the discount promised on the Boy Scouts CampCard. Just said, “No, we’re not doing that anymore.” Their commitment on the card runs through December 31. They couldn’t just honor the card’s deal for two and a half more months? Where is this shop’s respect for their customers? I will never go back because this business has reneged on their promise to the Boy Scouts and to me!

I went to this dairy Queen last week in Albemarle and it just needs to be shut down. The lady was so rude who took my order. I ordered 2 cones for my kids and then went to order for me and my grandmom but she gave me an attitude when I let her know I needed 2 more. I wanted a swirl dipped in butterscotch like the menu said but she goes we don't have swirl or butterscotch...ok I'll just take a chocolate with chocolate dip. Got to the window and I'm handing my kids their ice cream then she gave me an attitude because I didn't grab the rest fast enough. Don't work there if you're that miserable!
Drive-Thru lady told me that their machine was down. And they couldn't produce ice cream. Was the whole point of going there so just went over to McDonald's and guess what their machine was working
