I have had both good and bad experiences here. Generally my experience is fine. First bad experience was I did not receive sauce on a recent visit and when I went back through the drive thru a woman told me you have to pay for it in a pushy manner and I informed her I already did. Should have been In the bag the first time. Second bad experience was last Wednesday when I went in for some water. There were about 6 workers in the back. I made eye contact with at least 4. No one approached me for service. There was another man behind me. I simply shook my head at him and exited the restaurant. Their customer service and accuracy can improve but generally its a standard fare experience

I ordered a 10 piece nugget with 5 sweet & sour sauce for my husband that is doing chemo. I was in a hurry and didnt check the bag. When I got back to the hospital and opened the bag I had 5 honey mustard. So he refused to eat his nuggets. It upsets me that I had to pay extra for the wrong sauces. The girl even repeated to me 5 sweet and sour and I said yes.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. We waited in line for 45 minutes, with 15 of these minutes just waiting on someone to take our order. The guy who took our order said they were short staffed. Now, I have worked fast food before, so I can understand to an extent, but as soon as we got to the window we saw at least five employees just at the front, which should be plenty for everything to run smoothly. We quickly realized that this was not a staffing problem, but a laziness problem. The manager was doing absolutely nothing but walking around and in and out of the building for who knows what reason. The other employees were also not doing much of anything and went to (I’m assuming) hang out in the back while this one poor woman ran around like a chicken with her head cut off doing EVERYONE’S job (I don’t know her name but she had redish hair and a French mani and she deserves a raise ASAP). Then, when we finally got our food, we realized they forgot the shaker fries we paid extra for as well as put onions on my *no onions* Big Mac.
If you are incompetent, they would absolutely love you working here.

A cup of water cost $1.79. then the waot took a lonnnggggg time for fast food and on top of that they forgot part of the order and I had to wait longer. Also, when they made me pull up for the original order the lady instantly started smoking as soon as she handed us our food. I will never go back to Mc Do alds!
