My family was hungry from a long drive getting to town. We have decided to stop here for sandwiches. I went into the resturant and there was two employees, a male and a female (who had a badanna on her head). The male worker asked how many sandwiches? I asked for five foot long. The female worker started to have an attitude about my order that I needed to make this order a cater order. She went on yapping her mouth. I've asked nicely if they were going to service me. The male worker said kindly that he will, but the female worker kept yapping about my order rudely. I left the resturant without food for my family. I am unable to find information on management for this place or on the website. I have never been treated rudely the way I did from all places I have been at for my food critique. This is the worst customer service, and I had to leave without getting food. Waste of time to even step foot on this place. People shouldn't be working if they can't even service happily. I am never coming to this place ever again.

Ordered online for break. This is supposed to be a subway club with heavy lettuce oil vinegar onions. It's missing the roast beef and was Very dry. I get back to work to this. I was not happy. I called for the rest of the day trying to let them know of the mistake, but the line was stating there was a problem with the service. I was not happy at all. Hope you have a better experience.

Computer screen was frozen.. couldn't take my order... because a pen and paper and basic math is to complicated In 2025 apparently.... all your doing is making a sandwich........ šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø technology is ruining the world....

Walked up to the door at 7:57pm, the front door and website said the location closes at 10pm, when I got up to the door it was locked and 2 of the female employees were inside sitting on the counter looking at their phones. I tried calling the number to see if they were still open and the number on Google was no good.

Got 2 ft longs, meatball and cheesy garlic steak. The meatball was ok, meatballs not fresh tasting or cooked to long. Cheesy garlic did not have the cheese sauce. This was a mobile order so I did not see the subs being made. Also the were short staffed during the lunch rush and told customers that as they came in the door that it would be a long wait.

Whoever was working on February 22 at 2:05 pm needs to be fired or retrained with some human decency and respect. There was a Hispanic woman who couldn’t speak good English and one of the workers was responding to her very rudely and quote on quote said ā€œi don’t know why she even came here when she can’t speak Englishā€. It was a white woman kind of looked like she was a retired addict. As for me I didn’t want to say anything because they were handling my food, but hopefully this review is a form of justice.

Awful. Employees looked like they hated me and life in general, she didn't ask me what bread I wanted (she just grabbed a random loaf), I asked for a specific bread and she laughed like I was stupid and said they don't have any right now, she didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted (she just went straight to the veggies and I had to bring up that I wanted it toasted, and she looked pissed at me). The 6 inch sandwich was $7 damn dollars. It was the cheapest one they had. No drink, no chips, just the sandwich. It was the most pathetic sandwich I have ever had. You couldn't even see any of the ingredients, the sandwich was so pathetic. Do not go here.

As soon as I walked in the door, this woman that works there yells out, "my toaster is closed!" So, I ordered a sub that had bacon. She plopped this sandwich down and said, "I told you I can't heat this up!" I questioned this, so she cursed me out!! Like a child, she says, "Haha you're hungry, and don't have food....while smiling and at me! Then I got the correct answer regarding using the toaster. She told me that I came in 20 minutes before closing...so, she shouldn't have to use the toaster!!!

I usually do not complain, but today when I went in they were quite busy but the workers were going very slow and when I asked for a certain number they didn't even know what to make and had to ask me so at the end the lady working wiped her sweat off her head with her glove and continued to work, Once I left I realized that they forgot one of my subs even though she rung it up. The food was very sloppy and it tasted not the best, Definitely could have been better.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this subway. I placed my curbside order and it was supposed to be ready at 5:35pm. I arrived at that time and pushing "I'm here" button on the app. I waited until 6:10 for my sandwich. I was unable to go in and had to ask a good samaritan to ask the Subway worker to bring my sandwich out. The worker refused to bring my sandwich to my vehicle and forced me to come inside. When I grabbed my labeled food bag, the worker was very rude and insisted that I told her my name. When I told her, she informed me that they would not deliver DOORDASH orders to the car. I corrected her and said that it was my personal order, not a DOORDASH order. I told her that I had waited over thirty minutes for my meal. She told me there was no such thing as a curbside order, even though I showed her where it said curbside on the receipt and on the app. She continued to argue and be rude until I finally walked out of the store. She absolutely refused to admit that she was in the wrong. The extremely rude worker was a Caucasian female, skinny, dark hair, probably in her early thirties. As if my experience wasn't terrible enough, my order was not completed correctly. The sandwich was not toasted and I was not given any mayonnaise packets. I will not be returning to Subway after this horrific experience.

Walked in to place an order with 3 people in line in front of me and was told online orders only. The employee behind the counter said if you want a sandwich go outside and ask the manager sitting there if she will come in and make you a sandwich. I did tell the manager sitting outside that employee is refusing to make sandwich so I'll not be back to this Subway.

Please watch your cameras from 1:30 to 2:00pm today 8/6/2024. I went in for a sandwich the lady in front of me asked for the worker to go get more pickles from the back at which point he started cussing at her and said he's not doing it and she can "come make her own dam* sandwich." From then on the two proceeded to yell and cuss at each other for the next 30 minutes including him telling the customer that he keeps a gun on him. I was skipped in the line twice ended up leaving with no food. Please figure this out. The store had several people in it at this time.
