I'm pretty well traveled and can safely say this is the best burger I have had in 26 years of life (Wagyu Burger).Even though I got take out, the food was still warm and perfectly constructed. I don't know what specifically about it is making me have this reaction, but honestly well done

We just happened to see this resteraunt as we were passing by and decided to try it out. The greeter met us at the door and welcomed us in asap. The food was very fresh and delicious. The server was very nice and attentive. The vibe is nice and low key. I highly recommend.

I have been here 3 times and will be returning much more. Food is phenomenal, atmosphere is cozy but very nice, and the entire staff is welcoming. I have had items from the specials, raw menu, lunch menu, dinner entrees, and appetizers. We have yet to have anything that we did not like! I’m having a hard time deciding if the shrimp wrap on the lunch menu or the tavern burger is my favorite meal, but I know the ahit tuna appetizer is a go to!Also - desserts are fabulous!!

Hands down best place for eating out I’ve visited so far in Albemarle! Great quality food, amazing ambience and spectacular hosts. The owner is very welcoming and personally takes interest in making sure you’re catered to. Accidentally left review on the old name of the place cos now the name has been changed (most likely with change of ownership). Certainly coming back!
Excellent steak. Was really pleasantly surprised how perfectly it was cooked. Also had the fried green tomato salad which did not disappoint. Will definitely be returning!!

My husband and I just had lunch here, we had to wait a while on our food like over 30 minutes, but I spoke with the manager and asked if I could pay for our drinks because I had to go home and get ready for work, he checked on our meal and said it was coming out now, so I sat back down. The server came by and told us that since we had to wait so long on a simple order that all we had to pay for was the drinks. That was awesome and I feel like they went above and beyond to make their customers happy. Our food was really good!! I made sure to tip the server more than what our drinks were because it wasn't her fault and she did wonderful. We will be back to try more of their food!
