Went there at on 4-22-25 date at 4:50 the dude taking the order was walking back and forth walking slowly like he didn’t want to take the order and I had to tell him we are ready to order other employees on the phone sitting down and a couple of the employees was at there car sitting down walking back and forth inside the restaurant one employee was on the phone talking to someone on speaker phone we got our food went back up to get sauce and there was employees at the register...read full review
Came thru the Dive thus around 4:30/4:45 today. When I got to the speaker I get “ what do you want” not welcome to Wendy’s and the person had an attitude after my order I get “yeah”. Not can I get you anything else or any other response. At the windows I was told the recipient machine was broken ( for the last 4 months it’s been broken) and the girl had nails that were 3 inches pass her finer tips and each one was a differ t color. Unprofessional service. I decided to go in today to place my to go order due their drive thru line being long (which wasn't a big deal so I went inside). I stood there waiting no one acknowledged me or anyone else in line. The lady who I assumed was the manager considering how she was dressed ( was also working the front register) stopped taking orders on the front and started working on door dash orders which is no big deal anyways one of the employees said something to her...read full review
