Stopped on a whim. As a smoked meat fanatic for most of my life, I can authoritatively say this truck’s smoked meats are top tier, maybe even world class. The brisket sandwich was a revelation. Everyone needs more whims like this - Highly recommend!! The owner’s passion and authenticity are tangible. A great memory!

Stopped at the motorcycle shop and the employees are all eating the BBQ from the parking lot truck. It smelled good and they all seemed to be enjoying it. So my wife and I tried it out. It was delicious and I'm picky on my q. Nice woman working there on a broken ankle and staying kicking butt and taking names. Give them a try. Small truck with good food and good people.

I am on vacation from Connecticut. I smoke meats as a hobby and try smoked meats when I can. Their brisket, beef ribs and pork ribs were excellent ( top notch). I also had their coleslaw which was also excellent.

Best brisket on this side of the country! Brisket was one of, if not, the best I’ve ever had. Friendly people as well!
Some of the best pulled pork I have ever had. Seems like they get more bark than the others. Slightly drier style than many other bbq proprietors, some will find fault with this but I think the drier style is clearly superior. My theory is the people complaining about the wetness of the barbecue don't like sauce.

Great bar b que. Nice portion. The baked beans were very good although a little too sweet for me. The onions & pepers were cooked just right.
Unless you like a very vinegar'y slaw I would skip that side next time. Only a 2 oz portion.
