I can't say enough good things about this caring food source. You can taste the passion in this fantastic menu. It's not just everyday barbecue. Too bad there is not a fleet. Some of the best pulled pork I have ever had. Seems like they get more bark than the others. Slightly drier style than many other bbq proprietors, some will find fault with this but I think the drier style is clearly superior. My theory is the people complaining about the wetness of the barbecue don't like sauce.

Great bar b que. Nice portion. The baked beans were very good although a little too sweet for me. The onions & pepers were cooked just right.
Unless you like a very vinegar'y slaw I would skip that side next time. Only a 2 oz portion.

We had a half smoked chicken with 2 sides the chicken was very over cooked and not seasoned at all . The deviled egg potato salad was like eating whip cream. The highlight of the meal were the smoked BBQ baked beans were the highlight of the meal and they were very good. I as always will try them again and leave a second review.

I love BBQ. I've never had "bad" bbq. I didn't think it was possible until I got a pulled pork sandwich from this place at the Punkin Chunkin festival today. Unfortunately they had decided it was a good idea to put huge chunks of dried out meat on top if a tiny scoop of good meat. The good meat was nice and juicy, had a nice shred to it. I ended up having to tear apart the sandwich to find the bit of good. I think they could put out a decent product if they would make the conscious decision to not serve the dried out parts.As it was, I paid $11 for about 3 spoonfuls of decent bbq. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
