I can't say enough good things about this caring food source. You can taste the passion in this fantastic menu. It's not just everyday barbecue. Too bad there is not a fleet. Keep it consistent and you'll see us often. Most people have no clue of the amount of work to create your craft. Thank you from myself and my wife.
Some of the best pulled pork I have ever had. Seems like they get more bark than the others. Slightly drier style than many other bbq proprietors, some will find fault with this but I think the drier style is clearly superior. My theory is the people complaining about the wetness of the barbecue don't like sauce.
Great bar b que. Nice portion. The baked beans were very good although a little too sweet for me. The onions & pepers were cooked just right.
Unless you like a very vinegar'y slaw I would skip that side next time. Only a 2 oz portion.
