Great food and very nice servers but management needs to get their act together The AC has been out for like a month. Enjoy eating here but it's so hot I'm sweating by the time I leave. Can't imagine having to actually work in there. Always out of the stuff I try to order week after week from poor ordering by management. Great employees just needs better management and could be 5 star 🌟

Can I give 0 stars. This is not the first time my food has been messed up. I hadn't eaten here for a while. So I place a order online. I get there only two people there. Only one in line.I call over and over for my order. Nobody answered the phone. After nearly an hour . I have to go in to get my food when I order curbside. Wanda throws my bag at me. Says we were covered no you were not. The place was empty. When I arrived . She is always rude and should be fired. Even argued with me once that the world only has wheat bread no multi grain exists. Are you kidding me.And she makes sure your sandwich is messed up and not what you ordered. I won't be back unless this woman is fired .

Second Sunday in a row I have ordered here. I actually don't think I've ever ordered here and received good food unless the owner was the one making it. The customer service has always been swell but the portioning for money is not accurate. I place orders on the app and get the build tickets with the receipt for some reason. Tonight I took my sub apart no bacon which I paid to add and no extra pepperoni that I paid to add I had maybe about 8 pepperoni in total there should have been 18. Someone should be way under in food cost if you guys are making everyone's sub like this. Moral of this review is don't pay extra for extra meats at this location because you aren't ever going to get it unless the owner works and don't ask for hot steak because yet again it isn't happening. I really love subway so I keep going to my hometown location, but I really wish this location would fix itself. Great customer service horrible work ethic apparently.

Just went got foot long and yal new nachos the nacho was hard as rock were cheese was cooked to much the tall women was rude as hell wouldn't let me even pick what I wanted on i well never come back thier and anyone ask I well tell about my day thier the other two women was nice tall one needs be fired

Usually, I LOVE this restaurant! We eat here often! Haven’t in awhile, but today we decided too! The subs were good! Made to order and was made the way we wanted! Service was GREAT! The store had been recently renovated but you could tell it was CHEAPLY DONE! Wished I had taken pictures! Then I went to get my drink, and something black kept coming out with the ice! I poured it out several times and got new ice and it was STILL coming out so I done without a drink! Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the Subway!

So when order after dark it goes to s***. We live local to this place and it is not great unless you make sure you are in the restaurant. If you order on the app everything is wrong and they write notes on your sandwich that says sorry we are out of the toppings you asked for. Ask for toasted get your steak and bacon cold af and the least amount of sauce possible. I'm not sure who owns this place but I'm surprised you still have business.

Horrible sub! Had no taste. I had to ask the girl to please change her gloves, because she had prepared two or three other sandwiches for customers before me with the same gloves, I didn't want my food getting contaminated especially when you're dealing with meat. I believe they should change their gloves for every customer to avoid contamination. This restaurant was freezing inside, unclean and out of sort. I value my health therefore I will not return.
