If you are running a lot of food, it's better to have longer wait times instead of putting a thin crust in the higher temperature oven. Unless someone orders a well-done thin crust, keep it out of the oven for your pan pizzas, cheese breads, etc.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered through the Domino’s website, which chose the store location based on my address. The driver showed up at 10:15 PM, left the pizza on my porch, then got out of the car to confront me. He spent several minutes aggressively telling me my address was too far, the order should’ve been canceled, and they won’t deliver to me again. This was not only unprofessional—it was downright rude and uncomfortable. If Domino’s can’t deliver to my address, then don’t accept the order. I shouldn't be lectured at my own front door late at night because of your system’s failure. Do better.

Just want to share my feedback on my Pizza order today. I had good experience ordering 4 large pizzas , Garlic bread bites and gluten free pizza for my daughter's bday today. It was an online order. The Pizza was delivered with in 30 min of time and Pizza was really good. It was very fresh and kids really enjoyed well.

So we have ordered from this location several times since we Moved here. I live 4.5 miles away. Normally we can get a delivery with 20-30 minutes. Not today! I ordered two pizzas and the app said they were done in short time, then my phone rang and I was told they wouldn’t deliver to me because I was out of their delivery zone! Wait WHAT?? You’ve been here before, alway on time, my pizzas now ready and all you can offer me is a refund and nothing but excuses! Did the zone change? They didn’t even ask if I wanted to pick them up, they would rather throw them in the trash! Poor customer service, poor communication, and I can proudly say I’ll patronize Two Cousins Pizza Restaurant!!

We had a great experience with this location for my sons birthday party. I ordered large pizzas the day before to be delivered at a specific time. On the day of the party, we got a call from the store and they let us know our order was messed up. They were still going to bring the pizzas thhey made so we would have food in time for the party, but they were also going to make us fresh pizzas to make it right. The mistake was they were made with the garlic crust, but we wanted it without (I didn't know if 3 year olds would like that on their crust). So, overall not a huge mistake but I appreciated the phone call and the offer to make it right! The pizzas were delivered hot and the delivery driver was so nice and apologetic. He left and came right back with the corrected order and he was very professional again. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone was happy with the food! Thank you!

Honestly a pretty decent spot. No dine in, but that's whatever. Pizza is good. Delivery is relatively quick. Domino's in general is a little more expensive than it probably should be though.

Never had a problem with them besides some delivery issues with not finding my address but they would always call and get it to me. Today, the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address and didn’t bother to call to figure out where we were. After calling multiple times, a lady answered and said they would remake it and have it delivered. After two hours from my original order..it never happened. I tried calling once again, multiple times and no one answered so I went in knowing they would be busy on a Friday night. I was nice and non-confrontational telling the lady what had happened. She gave me a bad attitude and said other deliveries take priority and they hadn’t even started making mine yet. I asked for a refund and again with the bad attitude. I wouldn’t have wrote this review if she hadn’t been that way when I went in to the store.

Good luck if they mess your order up because they don’t answer the phone when you call to tell them. Looks like I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I’ve called the store 9 times. No one answers. The automated service is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. *spoke to the manager (Jonathan) who kindly offered a $20 credit to my account and they would still deliver the missing items. It would only take 15 minutes.. it’s been an hour and 25 minutes.. mind you, I placed the order almost 4 hours ago.

This is a Bad review for the owners, NOT the employees. How dare you have 3 kids running and delivering the store by themselves. They are not capable to handle all of the orders on their own. These bad reviews do Not go to them, it goes to the people running this store forcing these kids to do it all in a "timely" manner. Hire more people or close it down. These poor kids working hard deserve better

Ordered a pizza for delivery over an hour and a half ago. No one has started making the pizza yet and not one would answer the phone so I had to drive out to find out and to request a refund. There is a line of cars trying to get in here and I assume it’s for the same reason as there are literally more cars here than parking spots.
