It’s Friday and the kids wanted pizza so i spent $90 for 2 pies, wings and a pasta dish and NOTHING tasted like it was worth eating. Wings were maybe an inch big and tasted like bad leftovers. The pizza tasted worse than any frozen supermarket pizza. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Never again!

Placed an order for delivery and selected “hand to me”. Fast forward and I look out my window and see the Dominos car leaving my neighborhood and my order as delivered but no order in site. My husband drove down to the store where they remade the pizza. The driver was there and said “I followed my GPS and handed the food to someone”. That was a lie because 2.5 hours later a neighbor a few doors down arrived home to find the cold pizzas sitting on their porch covered in ants! Yes we got the pizzas remade but we still are now out the delivery fee we paid, plus the tip we paid the driver that didn’t do their job and the gas money we used to drive to the store and back. We will not be ordering again!!

If you are running a lot of food, it's better to have longer wait times instead of putting a thin crust in the higher temperature oven. Unless someone orders a well-done thin crust, keep it out of the oven for your pan pizzas, cheese breads, etc.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered through the Domino’s website, which chose the store location based on my address. The driver showed up at 10:15 PM, left the pizza on my porch, then got out of the car to confront me. He spent several minutes aggressively telling me my address was too far, the order should’ve been canceled, and they won’t deliver to me again. This was not only unprofessional—it was downright rude and uncomfortable. If Domino’s can’t deliver to my address, then don’t accept the order. I shouldn't be lectured at my own front door late at night because of your system’s failure. Do better.
Just want to share my feedback on my Pizza order today. I had good experience ordering 4 large pizzas , Garlic bread bites and gluten free pizza for my daughter's bday today. It was an online order. The Pizza was delivered with in 30 min of time and Pizza was really good. It was very fresh and kids really enjoyed well.

Apparently the workers here are illiterate, seeing that many others have the same issues. They for some reason removed the bacon from my stuffed cheesy bread instead of the jalapeños I didn’t want. This place can never seem to get an order right

So we have ordered from this location several times since we Moved here. I live 4.5 miles away. Normally we can get a delivery with 20-30 minutes. Not today! I ordered two pizzas and the app said they were done in short time, then my phone rang and I was told they wouldn’t deliver to me because I was out of their delivery zone! Wait WHAT?? You’ve been here before, alway on time, my pizzas now ready and all you can offer me is a refund and nothing but excuses! Did the zone change? They didn’t even ask if I wanted to pick them up, they would rather throw them in the trash! Poor customer service, poor communication, and I can proudly say I’ll patronize Two Cousins Pizza Restaurant!!

We had a great experience with this location for my sons birthday party. I ordered large pizzas the day before to be delivered at a specific time. On the day of the party, we got a call from the store and they let us know our order was messed up. They were still going to bring the pizzas thhey made so we would have food in time for the party, but they were also going to make us fresh pizzas to make it right. The mistake was they were made with the garlic crust, but we wanted it without (I didn't know if 3 year olds would like that on their crust). So, overall not a huge mistake but I appreciated the phone call and the offer to make it right! The pizzas were delivered hot and the delivery driver was so nice and apologetic. He left and came right back with the corrected order and he was very professional again. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone was happy with the food! Thank you!
