“We heard of this restaurant from my parents and went solely based on the constant packed parking lot. When you enter you aren’t sure if you came in the right door but your met with the most hospitable servers. The layout and vibes are casual but clean. Our server was so attentive getting us refills on chips and drinks before we ever were close to running out. I ordered the Al pastor tacos that came out hot and delicious! I got the side salad that had cheese, mandarin oranges, tomatoes, and a vinaigrette that was perfect! Definitely would recommend this restaurant!”

“We found Lane’s Seafood and Steak House tonight. Though we have lived in Harnett County for three years, we have never visited this restaurant until now. The new signs posted at the Old Fairgrounds Road/ Stephenson Road intersection and the NC 50 / Stephenson Road intersection are helpful to those who are still learning the area.The restaurant is refined but cozy, and our waitress ( Sheila) was super friendly and accommodating. The food was great. We tried the seafood ( I ordered flounder; my companion ordered fried shrimp). The bread coating on the fish and shrimp was light, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. The white slaw included a trace of pickle and pepper, which paired well with the seafood. The potatoes were served steaming hot and the butter melted instantly when applied to the soft and yielding potato.The only disappointment was the hushpuppy texture. The puppies were shaped more like strands than scoops, and the grease in which they were fried permeated the entire body of the hush puppy. The result was a dense and gooey bread. But there are so many recipes for hush puppies, and the patrons of this long standing eatery must like this one. We were content to pass on the puppies because the remainder of the meal was so good.We will return to try other options on the menu. We had a pleasant dining experience.”

“We made a spontaneous decision to go here on St. Patrick's Day knowing good and well it would be packed and chaotic and we'd probably have to wait a good while for food and drinks. The hostesses were so unbelievably organized and kept the seating list flowing quickly and smoothly....very friendly too. We didn't wait nearly as long as expected! Our server was friendly and efficient. Our food was AWESOME!!!!! We shared the Irish Poutine (SOOOO GOOD!) and I got the Reuben (LOTS OF MEAT AND AMAZING!) My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. We loved our experience here in every way. We will definitely be back.”

Sweet ladies that are very attentive! Our food came out fast! We got burgers, fries, and onion rings. It was delicious. They told us the burgers are hand padded. Delicious!”

“Husband and I did a pickup order tonight for us and our sons for New Years. Smelled great when we walked in and very sweet staff that took our order. Our meals were all delicious. One son got the carne asada street tacos, I wish I’d taken pics they were beautiful lol. My husband got steak fajitas and we also got the quesadilla supreme dinner. Salsa and cheese dip so good and chips were warm and fresh. We got churros for desert both strawberry and Carmel, they were warm and so good too. Only took 10 mins and it was ready. We will be back!”

“I drive through angrier all the time on my way to lillington, and this place always eases up the trip for me. I am a big fan of their lasagnas and it’s been my addiction recently, but you can never go wrong getting a simple pizza. The food is delicious and the workers are very friendly.”
