“We have watched this building go from one bad restaurant to another. We finally decided to try the present MI CANCUN because I had read many great reviews. It lived up to its reviews. Amy, Ashley, and Kimberly were awesome. Good came out quick and hot. Margaritas were as good as advertised. We highly recommend. We will be back”

“My husband and I have been meaning to stop in for lunch, too many times to count. We did so Monday June 28th @ 11:00am. We were welcomed so warmly, you'd think we were family members. This is a small little dining gem! We plan on stopping often. We both had the chicken filet sandwich, Ken's w/lettuce-tomato-mayo crinkle cut fries and sweet tea. I don't like to eat out much because I very-rarely even eat 1/3 of a sandwich. Even burgers I take 2-3 bites and I'm done for the day. But... miraculously I ate 1/2 of my chicken filet sandwich w/ex mayo and a diet Pepsi. Ken... was all but floored! In a really good way. The prices are really-.... Great and the food, well we both agreed it was the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH we've had here in North Carolina. Fried to perfection, really extremely moist and tender and it overtook the fresh/warmed roll it was on. We go to Walgreens at least once a week in Angier. So, we will become Happy-Regular Customers. Give this place a try. You won't be sorry you did!”

“We’ve eaten food from Papa’s a few times and have always been very pleased. Not sure why I waited this long to post a review. Their Chicken Gyro combo is my favorite thing to get. The fries are crinkle cut and seasoned really nicely. The pizza is very good. I like the sauce flavor- I am not sure what is different but it’s just yummier to me than other places. My pictures don’t show this, but I’ve had their buffalo chicken pizza before and it’s amazing!

The people who work here are very nice and always smile and thank me for supporting the business. They definitely know what they’re doing with food and service.”

“I have lived on the outskirts of Angier for a year and had no idea how good this restaurant was!!!!! Best take out hibachi I have ever had. The chicken was juicy yet crispy, the rice was rice, but the broccoli! The broccoli was the best stir fry broccoli I've ever had! The zucchini, onions, and carrots were good but that broccoli was amazing. It held so much flavor, was perfectly cooked, and sooooo delicious. I ordered through DD so not sure what the building was like but I will definitely be ordering again and again.”

“My second trip to this restaurant and I got to say their food is always on point and their amazing staff is always friendly, and Greets me with beautiful smiles. The food is always done quick and on time.. The worker or owner named Chris was super nice and helped me out to my car in the RAIN with my to-go order! It's the little things like a smile and some Courtesy that keep me eating local ,This will definitely be my spot for pizza from now on.”

“This place has the best homemade tortillas! We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed everything. Barbacoa and carnitas were my favorites, and they have some really good salsas too. Reminds me of taco trucks in CA and Mexico! We'll be back, for sure.”

“The food was fantastic. Large portions a d served timely and hot. The margaritas are to die for if Raul makes them. Raul is a fabulous manager,cares about his patrons and is very friendly. He makes sure everyone has what they want and if you aren't happy he will fix it immediately. This business is lucky to have him and his staff.”

“came to this Mexican market to see if they had pan dulce and they had a great selection of pan dulce. We ended up eating in their small restaurant and had not only friendly attentive service but a great lunch of chiliquilles and empanadas. will be back for sure”

“I’m not sure how long this place has been here, but I wish I knew about it sooner. I just went for the second time and brought my whole family. The cut up fruit (in spears) is “bussin” as my 11 year old says. So ripe both times. The range of homemade ice cream flavors are incredible, and the ice cream is delicious! I cannot wait to try their homemade popsicles next. They have so many other options, too. We just went at 5:00 on a Sunday, and it was packed. That says a lot! The employees are so friendly and were not put off by any of our questions or changing order. So so good. I’ll be back tomorrow!”

“When we first moved to this area we were disappointed there is no Italian or Irish bakeries around!! Shellys Moms bakery more than made up for it!! Everything is fresh and so good my husband loves their cookies my new favorites are the Corsica’s and the spinach and feta pastry amazing!! And everyone is so friendly and helpful we highly recommend them!!”
