“We drive almost an hour to Willow oak farm because it’s that good! The barnyard buddies class is so nice, my daughters look forward to it every week. The two teachers are amazing and great with the kids. And there is so much to do after class we end up staying the rest of the day! There’s an outdoor playground, indoor playground, ice cream, and farm animals. We just had my daughters birthday party here as well and everyone had a blast.“
“Pelicans is the place I love to go to when I'm in the mood for flavor. I have been going to the one in Apex and I go here regularly too. Just wanted to spread the word on how great the snoballs are. (Especially the perfectly shredded ice) :)I'm posting this simply to benefit Pelicans.“
“We stopped in on a walk through downtown Holly Springs even though it was chilly outside and I'm so glad we did! The pistachio was lovely, but they had many flavors that were good, so it made it hard to choose! The staff was so friendly and even gave us a mystery flavor to sample and try to guess- so fun! We had plenty of room for our group to hang out and eat before heading back outside for the rest of the walk.“
“Pints Ice Cream & Beer is an absolute delight for anyone seeking a unique and indulgent culinary experience. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed with their innovative beer flights accompanied by perfectly curated ice cream pairings. The marriage of flavors was nothing short of extraordinary, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail in crafting an unparalleled tasting adventure. The beer flights were a revelation, with each sip complemented by a carefully chosen ice cream counterpart. It was evident that the establishment takes pride in creating a harmonious fusion, where neither the beer nor the ice cream compromised its distinctiveness. The result was a symphony of tastes that elevated the entire tasting experience.I couldn't resist trying their boozy shakes, and the Coconut Dreams flavor was a true standout. The balance of sweetness and alcohol was impeccable, creating a delightful treat that tantalized my taste buds. It's evident that Pints Ice Cream & Beer has mastered the art of infusing adult beverages into classic treats without overpowering the inherent flavors. The ambiance of the establishment was equally appealing, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall enjoyment of the culinary journey. The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the positive experience, providing insights into the pairings and ensuring top-notch service. In conclusion, Pints Ice Cream & Beer is a gem for those seeking a memorable gastronomic adventure. “We had both their coffee and ice cream and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. We love lounging outside in the chilly whether with a hot coffee and delicious ice cream. Will definitely be back.“
“One of the best place for icecream/slush around garner. Loved ice creams more than slush because of depth of flavors they have. Tried their coffee and strawberry ice cream which were spot on with taste. Tried their mango slush which is decent with flavors but ice cream dominated it. Ladies were patient to listen to you, encourage you to try their flavors before you buy it. Even smaller size is pretty good for the price paid. Good parking space and couple of benches to sit outside. Place could have been better in terms of look and outside seating but it’s understandable for a small business.“
“Stumbled upon this new(ish) ice cream shop and it's a new favorite of mine. The store was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, the ice cream was delicious & the waffle cone was warm *chefs kiss* ! I loved the rocking chairs out front to enjoy my ice cream as well.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options!“
“My wife and I saw their truck at Jack Marley Park and decided to give it a try. Absolutely delicious! I had the Mint Chocolate Chip, my wife had the Peanut Butter Cup Delight, and our daughter had a whole lot of both! We will definitely be ordering again next time I see their truck!“
“I had the cod fish combo with fries and a drink. The fish sandwich was delicious and fresh. One of the best ones that I've had in a while. Fries were hot and delicious. Everything was on point. The cashier recommended the walleye fish sandwich...... maybe I'll try that one next. Hope it will still be the “
“I stopped by here for lunch and was pleasantly greeted at the door with a HWY 55 waitress opening the door for me. The team working was very friendly and welcoming. I sat at the table bar and was waited on by Emily. Emily gave me a sample of strawberry cheesecake ice cream when I sat down and it was excellent. After taking my order the food arrived in a flash. The french fries were great and it seemed better than my previous visit. They had the right amount of salt and flavor. I ordered a Big American Double Cheese burger with the fries and a diet Pepsi. Emily asked if I wanted bacon so I added that also. While sitting there eating I got a front row seat of how a restaurant should be ran. The lady managing the store was keeping this team running like a fine tuned machine. As soon as she seen someone approaching the door she would alert the employees to make sure they opened it for them. She went back and fourth to the front of the dining room, to the drive thru window, and the kitchen to make sure everything was running smoothly. The employees worked together picking up where they needed to reduce time for customers. I told the waitress Emily that I wanted to get some of the ice cream she gave me a sample of when I arrived. While she was punching the extra order into the computer another employee overheard me ordering it and immediately to my surprise started making it. As soon as the order was placed the ice cream was sat in front me. The ice cream and the food was great but what made all this great was the service. The service at this restaurant is Chic-Filet quality or better. This must have been the feeling Ray Kroc felt when he visited his first McDonalds in California. I applaud the effort and I am sure many other do also. That is the reason the parking lot and inside the store is filled with customers daily. Thank you!“
“I used to go to this place frequently years ago and finally returned a few weeks ago.Every ice cream is homemade and sometimes they'll have new flavors. This place is also known for their insane "spicy ice cream" of which I've tried the first level (and tapped out ?).They stay busy, so prepare for the crowd when you go. If you have sensory issues or public anxiety, it will be best to send someone else in for you.Seating inside is limited to two tables at most while their outside seating is more available. My mom suggests the licorice and bubble gum ice cream, while I personally suggest pistachio and all of their available dump cake ice creams.“
