Customer service is fine but I think the online ordering system lacks. I have to ask for the rest of my order every time. so while they are making the missed order the rest of the food gets cold. Also, what in the world has changed with the beef. Full of bones and cartilage. I've scheduled a dental appointment because I'm pretty sure I cracked a tooth!!! I'll only order icecream from now on. And please, add hot fudge as an option for ordering on the app it is omitted entirely!
