I stopped by here for lunch and was pleasantly greeted at the door with a HWY 55 waitress opening the door for me. The team working was very friendly and welcoming. I sat at the table bar and was waited on by Emily. Emily gave me a sample of strawberry cheesecake ice cream when I sat down and it was excellent. After taking my order the food arrived in a flash. The french fries were great and it seemed better than my previous visit. They had the right amount of salt and flavor....read full review

We had a VERY large party come in with no real warning to them. We had 3 different checks and 3 waiters/waitresses, 1 long table, baby in a highchair and a booth. All just for us. And omg, the staff here was so sweet and attentive. Drinks and food came so fast and everything was correct.We had just come from a very sad family event and coming here for lunch, breaking bread and having laughs was just what we all needed today. So thank you, Lillington Highway 55! You guys are rockstars!

Service is good, but you're not going to get checked on every five-ten minutes like some people expect. If you drink a lot, your small cup will go empty! If you don't care about that, you get a great old school diner feel and yummy burgers! Try the ice cream flavor of the day!!
