I placed order at wrong location, (Lillington NC). I called location immediately, and was told that this was "a corporate thing"per your customer service rep. I was in awe that the store could not cancel an order. A second lady came on the phone and said she was handed the phone. She too told me that she could not cancel the order, and I asked what happens to the food. She said "it will sit on the pick up rack. The only option I was given was to pick up the food and call corporate office. I was outraged because it was 15 miles away. She reiterated there was nothing they could do at the store level and I had to call corporate. I was given the number but of course they want you to leave a vmail. This is ridiculous how HWY 55 in Lillington does business. So if you place an order at this location in error Beware because store level has no authority, as the young lady told me "its a corporate thing"

Lillington location is by far the WORST Highway 55 location I've been to, today makes the 4th time I've had to return to get an order corrected!! Don't leave the drive thru until you check your food, better to go inside and make sure it's right b4 you walk out.Too bad, I'm only 4 miles away but it's worth a half hour drive to Fuquay or Sanford if I'm craving one of their burgers or cheesesteaks.Not sure if it's lack of training, ignorance or apathy but this place needs help......

I stopped by here for lunch and was pleasantly greeted at the door with a HWY 55 waitress opening the door for me. The team working was very friendly and welcoming. I sat at the table bar and was waited on by Emily. Emily gave me a sample of strawberry cheesecake ice cream when I sat down and it was excellent. After taking my order the food arrived in a flash. The french fries were great and it seemed better than my previous visit. They had the right amount of salt and flavor. I ordered a Big American Double Cheese burger with the fries and a diet Pepsi. Emily asked if I wanted bacon so I added that also. While sitting there eating I got a front row seat of how a restaurant should be ran. The lady managing the store was keeping this team running like a fine tuned machine. As soon as she seen someone approaching the door she would alert the employees to make sure they opened it for them. She went back and fourth to the front of the dining room, to the drive thru window, and the kitchen to make sure everything was running smoothly. The employees worked together picking up where they needed to reduce time for customers. I told the waitress Emily that I wanted to get some of the ice cream she gave me a sample of when I arrived. While she was punching the extra order into the computer another employee overheard me ordering it and immediately to my surprise started making it. As soon as the order was placed the ice cream was sat in front me. The ice cream and the food was great but what made all this great was the service. The service at this restaurant is Chic-Filet quality or better. This must have been the feeling Ray Kroc felt when he visited his first McDonalds in California. I applaud the effort and I am sure many other do also. That is the reason the parking lot and inside the store is filled with customers daily. Thank you!

Just discovered their salad. Grilled chicken Cobb Salad is jammed packed with goodies and real bacon. I substituted their Thousand Islands dressing with Catalina French dressing.
Stood at counter to place a togo order and waiting for 15 minutes before walking out. Everyone looked at me never ask if I needed help or said anything to me.
