We just visited Fat Cat at their new location inside Quaint Plaza. I cannot recommend them enough!! My family has several dietary intolerances/allergies (gluten, dairy, artificial dye) and this is the only place around we can all get a delicious treat together without anyone missing out or feeling left out without options. The homemade ice cream is fantastic, with a fantastic selection including multiple staples/classics, unique house favorites, and an ever rotating menu of seasonal or experimental flavors. They offer some of the best dairy free options, with multiple choices for dairy free, gluten free, and dairy and gluten free options. Customers love the Chai ice cream, cookies and cream, and the Ube ice cream. Coffee/espresso is available for an affogato. The staff is always friendly, and the owners are local, caring, award winning, and very involved in the community. The adorable cat decor is the cherry on top. This is a family's new favorite ice cream spot.
