We haven't been here in a long time because the last few times the food was not good at all and was a little on the pricey side. Decided to give it another try today and we were pleasantly surprised. The ultimate omelette Biscuit and bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was really good! Not greasy (always was before) and had 3 strips of nice size bacon on the biscuit. Will definitely be back. Way to go Hardee's for winning a customer back 😁👍.

Angier, NC #(1506342) I have ordered from this restaurant a few times earlier usually on the weekend. Tonight I ordered in the drive thru. The young lady was very nice. I needed to use their clean restroom. So I ask for change out of a $20 bill once my food is paid on my card $6.40 The store manager (Ms.Toni) was like oh no she wants too much!! I asked for her name and when she appeared at the register I said to her you didn't have to be rude. She waved her hand dismissing me like you're the one being mean. Walking away stated you have a blessed day. It's always African American Women with extra unwanted Attitudes!! I'm an African American Woman and regardless of the pain I'm in or how my day is going I put on a smile and pleasant attitude, Customer service positions place us on the front line. Kindness and a Smile goes a long way!!

I nicely came to pick up my mobile order from the drive tru but the guy in the microphone didn’t speak loud enough to hear him and I ask again “whats that again” and he screams at me. Is a horrible customer service from that boy. Red shirt working shift Friday around 5pm. Terrible services. I love the food but I don’t think I’m coming back to this location anymore

Worst store on earth will never go back. After I canceled my order only got half my money back . Didn't realize it till after I left When I called manager hung up on me an would answer phone afterwards

I went through the drive through and got a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was cooked in old grease I couldn't believe that they sold that the bag was warm so I didn't check the bag but I should have. I called to the restaurant immediately I leave 15 min away, but noone answered. I never go but thought I would stop by and it was super disappointing because there was not one person in the restaurant or the drive thru yet they served me this. I would return but ask for the food to be cooked fresh if that's the only way to go there.i will be c contacting management for compensation
