I got a warm greeting when I came in. The lady at the counter, who I later found out was the GM, was warm and friendly and made sure my food was hot and that I got it quickly. Top tier service!

The pros: Very friendly drive thru person. The cons - a lot. They are using old grease, for starters. You can taste it on the burger. They will also charge you for a super star which has two patties, but only give you one. Then, the fries are clearly low quality - they are crunchy like chips instead of soft like fries. The service is good, but once you bite into that burger cooked in grease that has never been changed out - you'll never go back.

I really loved the environment and the service. It’s my first time coming to Hardee’s in years and they were so nice and, patient. Plenty of elderly people love it here. It’s nicely decorated for Christmas too!!

Had a wonderful experience at the drive through. Lashannon our cashier was friendly and service was fast. I would highly recommend to anyone. Food was delicious too!
Waited 17mins in drive thru for cinnamon raisen biscuits.... seriously... only to get home with over cooked biscuits with about a quarter size icing. Bet if it was there hard earned money they received from there very complex job. The worst is they really think they are doing a great job n are under paid. Hummm....

I've been getting an omlet biscuit and swapping up the yellow cheese for the white cheese for over a year today.I was told I had to pay for that. And I just want to make sure that's true. So obviously in this case I didn't actually finish the purchase.But that's what it would have been.
