We treated our Mom and Dad for a birthday dinner tonight and with my mom being in a power wheelchair it can be hard to navigate in a restaurant. The staff from the moment we entered couldn’t have been more accommodating and made my mom feel so special!! Instead of feeling like a burden, she felt celebrated!! I wish my experience was as pleasant as everyone else’s seemed to be.
Server “H” seemed too busy to pay attention to us and she had nothing positive to say about the menu - just a disappointing vibe (‘thats just ok’, ‘tomahawks have been scrawny’, etc. ).
Our foods came out at different times which really ruined the dinner while we waited for friend’s food. My already lukewarm, $60 mediocre Waygu ribeye was way over-rated. Thin and flavorless....read full review
Harvey John steakhouse is one of the best in town. they get thier stakes from next door the butcher shop. My family and I visit this place quite often. And have never been disappointed. The food, service or the warm welcome from every person working there as well as the manager. John, always comes over and It talks with everyone making sure that everyone is completely happy with their meal. My family and I are regular patrons and have never had a bad experience.
