I ordered beef soup and cheese Papusas. Papusas were flavorless. The veggies in the soup were bad. The root veggies had the brown spots in them under the skin.
The beef cut was not a good one either. I was sick while looking at my food. I didn’t finish it.
I’ve had their food before and it was great. So maybe on another day.

The tacos are sold extremely expensive! They sell them by 1 taco, not by the order… each taco is almost $5 … so if you get 3 tacos that’s $15! And that is absolutely ridiculous price!!!! Some people eat up to 4-6 tacos, so be prepared to pay $30 per person! There’s much better places with decent prices, save your money!

As a Salvadoran living in rural North Carolina, I was so EXCITED to find a Pupuseria. My hubby and I were going to Lillington to visit his mom and wanted to bring her lunch. She’s never had pupusas before and she loved them. They have a salsa/toppings bar. Everything was fresh and homemade.

Delicious ? everything was full of flavor. Loved the spices and heat. Only thing is you have to get your own toppings out of a buffet like station. I would like to be able to exit quickly instead of fussing with that.
