Manager named Erick did not resolve a horrible situation with his employee. He even lied for her. They switched their names up. Only the manager was wearing a name tag. Claimed her name was “Sammy.” She was cursing in drive thru speaker and had a rotten attitude, loud, and very rude, impatient (they weren’t busy, I was the only car), cutting me off when answering her question. Manager and 2 female girls were laughing while I made a complaint. This restaurant will fall apart in due time from horrible service. I will never come to this location again. Let them fall apart.

If I could give this location a zero star I would. After 20 mins of standing around waiting for my food it finally came out and was missing items. Not only was it missing items but the fries were 1/2 filled. I let them know about my missing food and asked if I could have the fries properly filled. You would think I made a huge deal with the eye roll I got back. I guess the audacity of asking for honey mustard was too much seeing as how it was thrown across the counter at me. I get that it's McDonald's but come on now.

I only gave 1 star because I had to. I ordered in the drive thru told the person on the drive thru the order the put in was wrong. She said she would fix it at the 1st window. Took her 3 tries at the 1st window. Got to the 2nd window, only to be pushed to the 3rd window for 10 minutes and the order is still wrong. Then get asked to see my receipt; and get to wait some more. 🤦‍♀️ 0 stars. Do not recommend.

People who worked here march 29 at 8:30pm don't know what they are doing. I got a drink completely wrong went to get it fixed and still didn't get fixed the way it's supposed to. Isn't ice coffee supposed to taste like iced coffee not water with cream

Have to ask for napkins, salt, ketchup. Only four parking spots for customers, rest are for doordash. They seem to be encouraging drive through or takeout.

They didn't give me all of my order nor the receipt thru the drive thru, and when I went back inside, they wanted me to show proof that I paid for the missing item

The workers walk around like you are invisible. I tried to asked a worker about my order and she kept on walking by me like I wasn't even there. This McDonald's has the worse customer worker relationship I have ever seen. Not to mention I waited 25 minutes for my order
