I wish I can speak with a real responsible manager there! People at the window giving out the food is always always rude, lazy, and don’t have my order like it supposed to be they always missing something, they always have me there waiting sometimes more than 20 min. And am paying for my food they’re not giving to me for free I don’t know why they are there if they don’t want to work. There is a manager there and I asked her why y’all do this all the time and she walk away answering I DONT KNOW!

Breakfast tastes exactly like it did in the 80’s, fresh and delicious! Have not had truly a good McMuffin in years till we stopped recently after a doctor’s appointment. Coffee was so good! My son said his bagel sandwich and McGriddle were also the best he has had in a long time. Customer service was outstanding.

Was in the drive through tonight. It took way too long for chicken nuggets. Then on top of that the piss poor service inside when I went in for help… please just higher robots… I had to nearly scream to get a managers attention to correct the issue I had and even then nothing was said… just did what I asked and moved on. I get your busy but your wall says something to the extent “ treat the customer well and the business will run itself” that can’t be possible because this establishment wouldn’t be in existence

someone literally took a bite out of our hamburger. we took it home and opened it and there was a fat ass bite taken out. we went back to complain and they were very rude and just threw away the burger and got us a new one. we will be getting the video footage and then taking legal action.
Just needed to say this,the young lady with box braids,the lady that runs the cash window during the day and the girl at the second window who says "have a blessed day" KEEP THIS PLACE RUNNIN. I've never had employees go above and beyond each time I visit(and I visit too much) shout out to them and their hard work I just wish they could get the recognition they deserve

The drive thru desperately needs cones to separate the parking lot from drive thru 2. Since people don't know how to wait their turn and like to block the parking spaces by forming 2 lines when there should only be 1.
