I went in on the 16th and I went through the drive thru my change should have been 4.84. The girl working told me they didn’t have enough money to give me all my change and said be blessed. I said no worries thinking it was a couple cents because of the penny shortage. I was driving to the next window and I realized she shorted me $3. I don’t even think the change was .84 but I wasn’t going to fuss over that. I told them at the next window and someone went and got me my $3 that the girl said they didn’t have to give me. They didn’t seem phased that an employee was shorting a customer their change.

perfect customer service ! it was end of breakfast , i had to go back around for nuggies the drive thru lady was so thoughtful holding a miniconvo with my autistic child hes very demanding and bossy usually but he was really nice making the workers smile saying merry christmas ! she got him a lil drink to hold him over while we go back through for nuggies . and same with girl that worked the first window she understood the mission my kids are just excited to see the people through the window that make it happen for them -great service yall !were not from here but well be back for a visit soon!

I had a really large order when it was super busy, around 12:30pm. When it was ready, Matthew came out from the back and asked me if I was there by myself - to see if I had a way of carrying it. I was going to make 2 trips, but he offered to help me carry it out to my car. Super nice guy, and I've never had that kind of service at any McDonald's anywhere before.
Workers have such an attitude at this location. Like who do you think you are??!?!

Manager named Erick did not resolve a horrible situation with his employee. He even lied for her. They switched their names up. Only the manager was wearing a name tag. Claimed her name was “Sammy.” She was cursing in drive thru speaker and had a rotten attitude, loud, and very rude, impatient (they weren’t busy, I was the only car), cutting me off when answering her question. Manager and 2 female girls were laughing while I made a complaint. This restaurant will fall apart in due time from horrible service. I will never come to this location again. Let them fall apart.

If I could give this location a zero star I would. After 20 mins of standing around waiting for my food it finally came out and was missing items. Not only was it missing items but the fries were 1/2 filled. I let them know about my missing food and asked if I could have the fries properly filled. You would think I made a huge deal with the eye roll I got back. I guess the audacity of asking for honey mustard was too much seeing as how it was thrown across the counter at me. I get that it's McDonald's but come on now.
