I order from this store multiple times a week through door dash, I've never had an issue until today. Took way longer than it should've to get my food today and when I did get it, it was cold. Wasnt even warm it was flat out cold and the food had to be microwaved to be eaten. As much money as I spend with this store it's completely unacceptable

Employees have the most nastiest attitude ever. What’s the problem with repeating my order that I AM paying for? Then up charging my happy meal drinks without asking? That’s a problem. Our food was made incredibly sloppy and the wrappers weren’t even closed all the way so my sandwiches fell out of the wrapper. fries weren’t fresh at all and had no salt but also tasted like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamp for a minute. Please do better! If you hate your job THAT much then please just work somewhere else. Customer service is important and if you can’t have the decency to be a nice person then go on somewhere.

Feb 24th 2024 around 9pm after my daugthers gymnastics competition, we went through the drive through. She was feeling well but shortly after eating 2 burgers she felt extremely sick. We took her to the emergency room for severe stomach pains and confirmed food poisoning. Do not eat from here! Very unclean.

I have gotten 2 Doordash meals from them in the past week or so and everything is freezing cold when it arrives. The fries are cold and stale like they’ve been sitting on the counter for 3 hours and they didn’t even have the decency to put my son’s happy meal in the damn bag. Horrible McDonald’s that hopefully gets taken off of DoorDash soon.

I ordered a steak egg and he's bagel with no onion and I received a bacon and cheese bagel hard bagel and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I live 10 miles from ur location and I had to go to work and this was my bfs breakfast so now he's poed and thank u for ruining this day! Very unhappy customer!
