The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. I was calling to tell him that the online order didn’t go through and it prompted me to call the store. I told the employee and he said “okay” I asked him would it be better if I placed the order over the phone since I was making it a delivery order and he replied “I don’t see a delivery order” like yes that’s the point of me calling!! I even tried to place the order on the app and I still received the same message. Idk if he turns the orders off at a certain time but I called at 10pm and they don’t close until 1am on Friday. Very rude and disrespectful and didn’t try to help me place an order. From the looks of the reviews, I’m not the only person who has had this issue. I hope he finds a better job that makes him happy. Do not recommend!

Well it's told 45 minutes the first time and took an hour and 45 minutes so they gave us credit. So then we called back tonight and then had them to prepare the pizza and breadsticks that arrived cold week prior. This time they still arrive cold. It was like an hour and 20 minutes late and they didn't have the correct address. The driver had a call and text to find out what the address was. Said he was in front of the house but he couldn't find no house and I had give him directions. This is just becoming sad that you pay so much money to eat and the service that you get. Is it the bottom of the drain? Good luck folks. Try to believe in this place this time is it? No more for us

Worst experience ever. I called in a carry-out order and the man that picked up was rude on the phone. Then when I got there to pick up my order, the two men working were staring at me and one of them came to take my payment but was a total jerk the entire time and I asked for a fork and he huffed and puffed as to display that it was an inconvenience. Then when I left and got home, the boneless bites tasted like CARDBOARD!!!! They were absolutely disgusting and I will not be going back again.

Placed an order online. 45 mins later I'm told I put my number in wrong and when asked if I could just come and pick it up I was told no it has to be delivered. The lady on the phone was rude. I dont think I'll be using this pizza hut ever again. This is the 3rd time I've has issues with them.

I placed an order around 10:00 pm for breadsticks. A simple order. I left specific instructions for the order to be left at the front door. When the driver arrived we were never notified. After texting the driver and asking was the order delivered we received a text back stating they had been knocking. We restated that we had left notes asking for it to be left at the door. The text received from door dash stated if no one answered the door the food would be left in a safe place. When we called Pizza Hut they stated to us they couldn’t leave the door at the door and they could do nothing about it. The order was cancelled and we were never notified. We just set up half the night waiting for food that never arrived

Bad: This place is always dirty. If you can’t keep a simple countertop clean, there must be other issues that n the back. Cleaning needs to improve. Wipe down your counter at least twice a day.

My co workers and I always order from this location. Justin and the employees always greet us when walking in, makes sure our orders are ready as we place order online for pick up time, and always makes sure our food it right. There was only one time one of my chicken melts was sent with chicken wing meat instead of the usual chicken they use. I called right away and Justin was very nice and understanding on the phone and refunded my money right away. Best pizza hut I've been to in a while.keep up the hard work
