I placed a carry out order and it took a little bit longer than expected, but all of the staff were very nice about it and continued to assure me that my order was on its way to perfection as fast as possible. They were super busy so I wasn’t mad about it taking a few extra minutes! Very impressed by their gratitude!

I ordered the pizza hut melts and chicken wings during my visits to Pizza Hut and was very dissatisfied with these 2 items. The size of the melts were loaded with sprinkled Parmesan cheese and very little in size and amount of pepperoni. The wings that were ordered were suppose to be garlic Parm and again very disappointed with them.Parking: NO problem with parking, the store is not set up to dine in, so parking was good,

Ordered a large supreme thin crust. I have to say this is probably the worst pizzaria pizza I have ever had. It is really sad when grocery store frozen pizza is better. It was dry almost like there was no sauce or cheese. The vegetables were sliced so thinly they evaporated in the oven. You can only screw somany customers before you have no customers to screw. I forced down two slices because I was starving. I threw the rest in the trash. I will never waste my money with pizza hut again. Really sad that corporate greed comes before the customers that made you.
Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas they came in the standard box. When I opened them found the pizzas in a aluminum foil pan? Thought that was strange but what was worse they were stuck to the foil. Had to pull out the slices and that was just making a mess. Took them back and got a refund.

The only two people working on the evening of February 20th deserve a raise. When I arrived there was only one person trying his absolute best to make a ton of food. His entire board was full of orders. The second person arrived after about 10 to 15 minutes coming back from delivering. Apparently two people had called out and these guys were trying their absolute best. Things were behind but they didn't quit. They were giving it all they had. I'd like to personally thank them both. I hope they see this.

I ordered online the big dinner box, when the order came my pizzas were wrong, never got my wings and when I called the store the manager said there was nothing he could do as they made my order as it came through on the ticket, therefore there is a problem with the online ordering system. He sent my wings out to me but with no compensation for the inconvenience. Over all definitely not satisfied with my experience. The food was not hot and subpar to speak and the pizza was not cooked through and so were the breadsticks. Not sure if I will be ordering from here again unless they do something about their customer service, and the quality of food they send out.

Quick enough to deliver, but not much else was a plus. They do not know what a pan pizza is. Per the unapologetic employee on the phone, the image attached is a pan pizza because 'it's pan dough' so even if it's totally flat, it's still a pan pizza. Last couple of deliveries for pan pizza both looked like this. They also boxed cheese sticks and a brownie together because who doesn't love garlic scented brownies or chocolate scented cheese sticks? Vibe was kid who doesn't care when I called.
