I ordered my cake a month ago and they waited 2 days before the pick up date to make it. Walmart could have did better it looked like a kid did it and the cake was sooo watery why is there water at the bottom of the cake!!! I’m so mad a Month!? I could of found someone else to make it by then. I had the pieces for the cake but there was no point in putting it on so I returned them and you can show the email that exact picture was sent because someone obviously Tried to recreate it.

While driving towards Angier, we came across this bakery sign and decided to check it out! What a lovely place, as soon as you open the door, aroma of freshly baked goodies hit you! And then the sight of goodies!! I dare you to stop buying 😃 We bought a big variety and loved everything! Tres leches is out of this world good!! There were at least 6-7 different flavors of tres leches, we tired two and both were exceptional! We’ll be back, although it’s a good 1hr away!

So we’ve been coming to this bakery a little more than a year… but after today not any more! I don’t know what happened today but the bread wasn’t the same we place an order for 60 bread rolls “Bolillos” and they were perfect then we went for 30 more the next day! One of the cashiers said they did had them and bagged them I honestly didn’t see them until we got home and of course they were horrible! I understand the bread sometimes come out different but this time it look like someone didn’t follow the recipe, so we take them back hoping they would fix the problem but the cashiers obviously don’t have the courtesy and the experience of customer service! Please understand that thanks to the customers you have a Business and JOB! They could have fix the problem by saying that they will have the 30 bread rolls the next day because they knew we needed them for the next day, but instead one of the cashiers said that they had to speak to the manager and went to the back and came back with an attitude saying that it’ll be the first and last time that they’ll refund my money please understand that we really didn’t want our money back we just wanted our rolls but they refunded my money back! Clearly they don’t have the understand of a business! This is a free advise for the manager, please take a management course and then educate your employees because having poor customer Service can alienate clients and damage the brand’s reputation, leading to customer churn and decreased sales.

Bread here is DELICIOUS! But the young lady is terrible person, I was with my daughter and she was having a “girls emergency” and we asked for the restroom (literally the restroom is in the middle of the store and should be for customers only but instead she said “IS NOT AVAILABLE” the door was OPEN! I ask why she was doing that and she said “just NO!” Sorry but this person should be fired, she doesn’t want to clean the restroom after and for her is enough reason to deny the use of the restroom. Shame on you girl!
I tried to contact this business for over 30 minutes to get a quote for my daughter’s birthday cake and when they finally did pick up the phone no one said a word. I sat on the phone for around 3 minutes before hanging up. No one said a word. If you’re busy I understand but at least when you answer the phone say “Hey, thank you for calling I’ll be right with you. Do you mind if I put you on hold” or something. Don’t just answer the phone and not say anything. That’s extremely rude and very poor customer service. Also by just leaving the phone off the hook like that you are preventing other customers from calling you and losing business. Very disappointed in this business. I had high hopes since this was our first time attempting to contact them. But it will definitely be the last time we ever try to use them and anyone who asks and wants to know I’ll tell them how poor the customer service is at this place. I just tried to call back and the phone is still off the hook. It’s been 15 minutes. It goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Very very poor customer service.

Great bakery, every time we make the trip up to benson from Florida, we have to stop by and get some bread. Las Quesadillas siempre son las que nos llevamos de regreso. Always need to take 2 boxes back south with us.

This place is an absolute gem! We stumbled upon the bakery looking for a sweet treat with dinner, and we lucked out finding this delicious spot. The young lady working at the register was incredibly helpful and kind, an helped us pick out some delicious treats. We will definitely be back!
