Punk kid behind the counter started get hostile and mouthing off cuz i was “staring at him” even tho they make your food infront of you and of course imma watch you make my food. Came from behind the counter and tried squaring up with me before i left being the bigger person. Had to check my food to make sure he didnt tamper with it. Manager watched all this happen and didnt say nothing, acting scared of his employees. This location is terrible and the employees are sketchy.

Rude service. Can’t use Subway coupons from mailer here or on the app. I don’t get why every Subway location is different it gets annoying. I’ll go to Harris Teeter at this point for subs at least they’re consistent with pricing and have manners.

Online it sayed they closed at 9 pm, They were closed tonight at 8:25pm. I think it should say online that their hours may differ depending on how busy they are

Ordered a Steak and Cheese with many toppings including mustard. Unfortunately, my sandwich was drowned in mustard yet had very little steak. In fact, more mustard than anything else rendering it inedible.
Terrible! I went in for the first time to get 2 footlong subs because I had a coupon. The owner (I believe) said they only take the coupons with online orders...which is fine but as a new customer you should be able to accommodate for a 1 time exception. I ended up paying $26 (double price then what i normally pay at other locations) for a reg meatball grinder..and a chicken and bacon..which I was charged extra for and when we got home the bacon wasn't even in the sandwich. If I would've been able to see them making the sandwich then I would've said something but the lids aren't even glass so it's like they deliberately fill the sandwiches less without the customer being able to see to sace themselves money because when i got home Both subs were so poorly filled. What a rip off. Never going back again!
