Terrible! I went in for the first time to get 2 footlong subs because I had a coupon. The owner (I believe) said they only take the coupons with online orders...which is fine but as a new customer you should be able to accommodate for a 1 time exception. I ended up paying $26 (double price then what i normally pay at other locations) for a reg meatball grinder..and a chicken and bacon..which I was charged extra for and when we got home the bacon wasn't even in the sandwich. If I would've been able to see them making the sandwich then I would've said something but the lids aren't even glass so it's like they deliberately fill the sandwiches less without the customer being able to see to sace themselves money because when i got home Both subs were so poorly filled. What a rip off. Never going back again!

The service was fine, however it was $50 for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The kid’s sandwiches were so burnt that my kids couldn’t eat them. Not worth the money.

I came in to pick up a large order, it was an hour before closing and the employees were working hard cleaning the place up. We placed our order which was pretty big, close to $100 and everything was perfect. I've never had a problem with this location. The employees were great!

This has been my new favorite spot, while I have been trying to lose weight. They have good food and courteous staff. The sandwich artists are quick, and order times have more to do with the people in line than the restaurant itself. Since any line at Subway is bound to have a few people who make ordering a sub into a 20 minute ordeal, I recommend ordering on the app, and skipping the line.There are plenty of low calorie options, for those looking. Ham, turkey, and cold cut subs all come in at least than 350 calories per 6 inch, but you have to skip the cheese and go for the lower calorie sauces.No breast bowls are awesome. They have lots of protein packed into them. A ham or turkey bowl will run about 200 calories, but you have to skip the cheese and go for the lower calorie sauces.Lower calorie sauces would include vinegar (0 calories), mustard (20 calories), or honey mustard (40).

Ordered through the app, and they failed to put bacon on my sub. I called and they asked me to return to the store (about 15-20 minutes round trip) with the sub so they could re-make it.
