I have always been a big fan of Thanks A Latte. I love the vibes in there , it is always so nice and the staff are absolutely friendly. I usually enjoy a coffee, however, I did crave a matcha so I got one.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend the matcha as it was extremely sweet, so sweet that I had to take it back. As per with their great service, they made me another one, but it was no different. I assume this is because their matcha powder has sugar inside...

The visuals and drinks are nice, but where this place needs help, is service.
No “hello welcome in”, when walking in or “thank you” when handing me my latte.
Most local drink cafes taste pretty much the same, what separates them and where I ultimately choose to spend my money is customer service.
