Nice place to grab some lunch. Good appetizer menu. Tried almost everything here and never disappointed with the food. Good bar selection. Nice wait staff. Would recommend!

Our first time eating in this establishment. We both ordered their fish fry meal. It was quite good in fact. We use to stop when we were in Angier when it was a BBQ restaurant that was well knowm for their smoked brisket. I guess we will continue with the same tradition and stop here whenever we are in town! The friendly staff made it a pleasant experience.

We love the food here, but service is lacking. Also ordered traditional wings and a side salad. For whatever reason they are stingy with their dressing. Side salad would have been amazing but the dressing was not enough! Also the dressing they give you for the wings is not enough. They charge if you ask for extra. We would have easily finished the wings at the restaurant, but ended up taking some home just so we could have enough dressing to go with them.

Really trying to love this place but For the second time wings over cooked, Soggy fries & chips. Only thing so far positive is there are NYG fans.

We were excited when this opened up so close to home, but unfortunately have been disappointed time and time again. We would rather drive out to the Fuquay location than go to the Angier one. We love the fried jalapenos but can only get those at the fuquay location.

Our visits at the Angier location, service is often slow and inattentive even when empty. We ordered the pretzel bites one time but were disappointed with how watered down the cheese was. It was gross. My awesome sauce wings come oily with no sauce on them when they arrive fresh so I always have to up charge to get extra sauce. My husband's sauce has arrived seemingly watered down. Our waitress lied to us multiple times during one of our visits blaming the kitchen that they completely messed up our order when in fact she rang multiple items in wrong. Just be honest. Didn't offer to correct it or adjust the price correctly. Tonight we ordered take out and one order of chicken wings were traditional when they were supposed to be boneless. Some additional sauce was missing. We call to have it corrected and drive back out to get the corrected order only to get home with a random sauce of their choosing apparently on the boneless wings. Not what we ordered. Didn't even bother going back a third time to get our take out corrected. It was gross. During one of our visits there was a random horror movie on with disgusting images while we're trying to eat our food and we had a child present. It didn't make sense why that was even on.

We really wanted to like this location, but end up disappointed each time.

For years, I’ve been on a quest as a self-proclaimed chicken wing and hot sauce connoisseur, chasing the ultimate spicy experience from the sunny coasts of California to the vibrant Carolinas. I’ve tried countless wings and sauces, from blistering ghost pepper blends to tangy classics, but nothing prepared me for the fiery masterpiece that is Kickin' Chicken. Their Volcanic Buffalo sauce is a revelation—an explosive eruption of flavor that hits your taste buds like a flavor volcano, balancing intense heat with a rich, savory depth that lingers long after the first bite. You’ll be sweating, maybe even shedding a tear, but you’ll also be grinning ear to ear because these wings are that good. The wings themselves are perfection: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated generously with sauce that clings just right. The Volcanic Buffalo is the star of the show, but every sauce I tried was bursting with bold, unique flavors that showcase the creativity and passion behind the menu. This isn’t just food—it’s an experience, one that demands you say a quick prayer before diving in, knowing you’re about to embark on a spicy adventure. What elevates Kickin' Chicken beyond its phenomenal food is the atmosphere. This place is a hidden gem with an electric vibe—think lively music, warm lighting, and a crowd of fellow wing enthusiasts sharing in the spicy joy. The staff? Absolute rockstars. They’re friendly, quick with recommendations, and genuinely excited to see you take on their hottest offerings. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Kickin' Chicken is a must-visit destination. I’d drive hours for these wings, and trust me, you will too once you taste them. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a pilgrimage for wing lovers. Don’t miss out on one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had!

Wingin It Angier is a great restaurant! Stopped in for Lunch this week to meet with someone and the food and service was fantastic. I love their French Dip sandwich. The bread and melted cheese is delicious. Go check them out for Lunch or Dinner!

For a “Wing” spot, this place was great! The wings were very good with a great variety of sauces. We had the tuna on recommendation of a friend, and for only $17 it was phenomenal, along with the fried shrimp plate. The side dishes were definitely above average, especially with the shaved brussel sprouts! Service was friendly and attentive - Brandon and Jay were awesome! Definitely give this place a try! We will be back!

Mediocre just like the Fuquay location! The first negative is that you have to order takeout through Uber. The second negative is that the wings are insanely overpriced for what you get. The third negative is that the wings are trash and the best thing from a wing place were the cheese curds and the Reuben sandwich!

- Cheese curds: 5/5 - fantastic with the spicy ranch!
- Reuben sandwich: 4/5 - pretty good but nothing special and their fries are absolute garbage.
- Boneless wings that were supposed to have awesome sauce: 2/5 - the wings were barely sauced and I ordered extra awesome sauce and blue cheese, but didn’t get either.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience, Thanks to Jaylin!

I had the pleasure of dining at Wingin it last weekend, and I have to say—while the food was excellent, it was the service from our server, Jaylin, that truly made the evening special.

From the moment we were seated, Jaylin greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made us feel welcome. She was attentive without being intrusive, always appearing at just the right time to check in or refill our drinks. Jaylin knew the menu inside and out, offering thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes (the chef’s special she suggested was incredible!).

What stood out most was her professionalism paired with a kind, personable approach. Whether it was accommodating dietary preferences or handling our questions with patience, Jaylin made sure every part of our experience felt effortless. She even noticed we were celebrating a birthday and surprised us with a small dessert on the house—such a thoughtful gesture!

It’s rare to find a server who strikes the perfect balance between efficiency and warmth, but Jaylin did just that. She turned a great meal into an exceptional evening, and we’ll definitely be requesting her next time we come back.

Highly recommend both the restaurant and, if you can, ask for Jaylin—you won’t be disappointed!
