Fast food version of a few Peruvian dishes.

Amazing food but staff need training on working with a diverse population of guests. The cashier working tonight was plain rude after I asked for plastic cutlery for my take out order. I don't think it was too much to ask for but she just ignored me. I had to ask one of the servers who reached behind the cashier to get it. Alternatively just make it standard to put the cutlery in the take out bags with the food like other establishments or put it out in a convenient grab and go spot.

How is a 2 piece chicken meal with 2 sides of rice and sweet plantains with a medium Horchata came up to $29.31? I ate in California and New York and never had to pay this much for a half a chicken meal and a drink! Chicken was bland.

It was my son's birthday. He loves alpaca. I have never eaten there. I ordered the Dos Pollos. It was enough for the seven people I invited and it tasted absolutely amazing! It was packed neatly the food was hot, it was perfect! Thank you for being so professional. 💖

From the beginning, the lady who served us had a disposition that was already prepared to serve us poorly. She didn't ask us if we wanted the beans on top of the rice or separately. When she served us, we told her that we wanted them separately and she got upset. When she served us the beans, she gave us less than the quantity. We told her that we wanted more and what she replied was that she had worked in 3 alpacas and that was the quantity. Bad service.

Might be the best chicken I’ve ever had. Be sure to get the half chicken so you can experience the white and the dark meat. Both are exquisite: tender, juicy, and flavorful.
