Came at 8:50 PM to an ice cream shop and they said they aren’t serving ice cream because they are closing soon. Not exactly great customer service. Unfortunately, this is not abnormal customer service here.

Ordered a peanut butter cup layered sundae. They were out of peanut butter and didn’t tell me. Ordered a sundae with hot fudge…they put chocolate shell on it instead.

I could not believe how dirty this store was when we went in tonight. There was a very friendly worker that was there by himself. The counters, floors and cash register were dripping in ice cream and crumbs. It is deplorable conditions and the health department should do a surprise check.

It was T-Mobile Tuesday's special this week. Buy one Get one free sundae. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The employers were very polite

Came in there were four young ladies working. FOUR. We stood at the counter (ice cream and donut) for five minutes and not one of them acknowledged our presence, not can I help you, not a welcome or even a simple hello. I was standing in front of the ice cream counter for five minutes I FINALLY had to ask how do I get ice cream. One of the young ladies finally said give me a minute and I’ll get it for you. We have never been in this store so we had no idea you had to order donuts via the touch screen. The person I am with has vision issues so the touch screen doesn’t work well for him. But your staff would know that if they spoke to the customers. They seriously need some customer service training!
Also ice cream cone was stale and ice cream tasted old.

Took 10 mins to get shake in drive thru.Milk must be spoiled because it tastes disgusting. Waste of money had to throw out.

I stopped in yesterday for an ice cream cone while on the road home. The ice cream freezers were cover in condensation, ice cream half melted. I asked the employee what was wrong and she shrugged her shoulders..I chose an ice cream that looked completely frozen. I found out when we hit the highway home that the waffle cone was stale and the ice cream was freezer burned. Ugh!!! Money wasted.

Had to ask to be waited on. Stale ice cream cones. Old, frosted ice cream. Whoever is managing this place doesn’t care and it shows up in the workers not caring.Go somewhere, anywhere else.

As many posts from MONTHS ago, nothing has changed. They still don't have spoons, ice cream flavors as advertised, and the ice cream they do have is old out of date and nasty, trash overflowing outside and employees (especially managers) are rude. This place needs to closed all together! Bad is an understatement.

I wish the Baskin-Robins employees has a better knowledge on their offerings. We wanted chocolate flavored ice cream cake but ended up getting something other. Really Disappointed with the service.
