Worst drive-through ever. No one in line or at counter but still took 10 minutes to come to the window and the food wasn't even very hot.

I’ve tried this store a few times. Today, Saturday, 11:15am. 8 people working, all focused on the drivethru. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to buy a qt of chocolate because - surprise - they don’t have regular chocolate in the freezer to scoop. Half the ice creams in the freezer were empty or missing. This place stinks, but he manager is a mess and the staff couldn’t care less about the people actually in the store.

Every time I stop here for a shake, their blenders are down. How is this possible? I think they just don’t want to do their job.

Came at 8:50 PM to an ice cream shop and they said they aren’t serving ice cream because they are closing soon. Not exactly great customer service. Unfortunately, this is not abnormal customer service here.

Ordered a peanut butter cup layered sundae. They were out of peanut butter and didn’t tell me. Ordered a sundae with hot fudge…they put chocolate shell on it instead.

I could not believe how dirty this store was when we went in tonight. There was a very friendly worker that was there by himself. The counters, floors and cash register were dripping in ice cream and crumbs. It is deplorable conditions and the health department should do a surprise check.

It was T-Mobile Tuesday's special this week. Buy one Get one free sundae. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The employers were very polite

Came in there were four young ladies working. FOUR. We stood at the counter (ice cream and donut) for five minutes and not one of them acknowledged our presence, not can I help you, not a welcome or even a simple hello. I was standing in front of the ice cream counter for five minutes I FINALLY had to ask how do I get ice cream. One of the young ladies finally said give me a minute and I’ll get it for you. We have never been in this store so we had no idea you had to order donuts via the touch screen. The person I am with has vision issues so the touch screen doesn’t work well for him. But your staff would know that if they spoke to the customers. They seriously need some customer service training!

Also ice cream cone was stale and ice cream tasted old.
