I disagree with the high ratings! Fishy, and I come from a service company as well as these same reviews. Pizza is good I must say but I have ordered several other dishes, and very sub par. For instance, tonight, I ordered a Calzone. No Ricotta cheese, need I say more :-(

This place is awesome. Today we fed 50 high school football players with pizza, pasta and salad. The kids and adults loved all offerings, not a morsel left. Imagine hitting it out of the park on an order for 50 plus…doesn’t happen often but Big Seregios nailed it. Found my new “go to” Italian restaurant.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza today 8/23/24 thru Instacart. It was awful. It was literally only crust, pizza cheese, cheddar cheese and a little shaved steak. No onions, no peppers, nothing else. Also ordered a pepperoni pizza. Not nearly as good as it usually is. Our family does not waste food. But today I had to throw out a whole pizza. Not Happy.

This place needs some work… Staff is rude & inattentive to say the least. The manager/owner is big headed & can’t take an ounce of criticism. Also they love to blame 3rd party delivery drivers for their own mistakes which is unfortunate. Not sure why they would even continue to offer their services if that were the case. I hope someone see’s this and reevaluates the business practices ??
Called and a sweet woman answered and she just set the tone! She was a full vibe. I mentioned I was going to order ? for my Father in laws birthday. So when I pulled up to get the pizza, mind you there was 9 hours in between me making the order and walking in! She remembers me and wrote happy birthday on his pizza box. The pizza was amazing and I AM OBSESSED WITH THERE CEASER SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN!!

I just would like to share with the owner. If it were not for the love I have for your pizza I would never walk in the front door again. My wife and I order at least 3-5 times a month. Without fail my experience with your staff has been less than desirable. Waiting sometimes 15-20 min for a phone in order 30 min after I made the order. Today we tried to call and order at 8:15 pm and no one bothered to answer the phone. So i made the 25 min drive, arriving at 8:45 and standing at the door a staff member letting patrons out but would not allow me in, stating they are longer taking orders tonight. Very disappointed to say the least

So I ordered Ziti with meat sauce it was 25.00 through door dash it came to the house with little sauce and a note we are out of meat sauce lol really no call! No how about something else so I called back the next day as my family would not eat it. A real nice woman ans and said I will have the owner call you and put your name in some book ,ive never hear from the owner and have no idea if my name is in a book
