By FAR the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to a lot of them! They got my order wrong and I think that’s the first time that’s ever happened to me at a Bojangles. The lady at the window was a shorter, older, African American lady and she was beyond rude. I said “thank you” after she handed me my soda and she slams the window in my face. I figured ok maybe she didn’t hear me or says it after she hands the food out. Well she comes back with the food and hands it to me I make sure to look her dead in the face and say “thank you so much! I appreciate you and hope you have BOOM” window slams right in my face again. I check my order because I was worried after all that. Usually people like that can’t do those job properly because they don’t want to be there and she absolutely did not. Chicken tenders were cold, not warm, not luke warm. Cold! This was at 12:10pm when things should be popping and fresh. No! The mashed potatoes were cold, the biscuit was hard and they forgot my BBQ sauce. I don’t realize any of this until I get back with my bbq sauce. At that point I’m not going back in there ever again. I’ll take my losses and learn my lesson. There’s one Bojangles in NC I will never go to and it’s this one right here. Then to put the cherry on top my lemonade was straight water! Like it was 1/3 lemonade and 2/3rds water. This place is a joke! I would avoid it at all costs. You can tell by my pic I’m a frequent Bojangles visitor and like I said this is my first and last stop at this Apex location!

I don’t come here often but when I did today, they didn’t have any BoRounds available and had to be cooked. I was waiting 5 min at the edge of the drive thru area and after about 10 dollars, the manager “Angelo”, came out with my food and apologized and provided me a reasonable credit for my wait. He acknowledged their delay and made sure I was pleased. This was done right in a day when most customer service is gone. Great job.

Everytime I come to this bojangles they are out of something. They don’t really seem to care if you’re upset about them being out of things that bojangles should have plenty supply of . Like the bone in chicken . If it’s early morning and you know your having a rush and you have this same rush majority of the week their should be chicken ready. I should not have to wait 10 plus minutes for chicken . When the chicken do come it’s fresh and good but having to wait is inconvenient!!

They always burn the boberry biscuits. I don’t know why this location can’t get it right. It’s insane.

I don’t think I’ve ever waited in a drive through this long ever… 20 minutes at a complete stand still with atleast 10 cars ahead of me and about 6-8 behind me. I finally got out of line without ordering and went to the location in Cary.
I keep not getting extra seasoning on fries and they keep not including the sauces.

Love this place in general, but this particular location indulged us with a gigantic order for a family party. They had the food ready right on time and everything right. Their employees were super helpful. It was great! Will definitely go back.

I assume that the woman with gigantic eyelashes is a manager because I had to listen to her scold people about not showing up for work the entire time a sat to eat inside. Food was fresh. Setting was extremely unprofessional.
