Very clean environment and staff is friendly. Their prices are really great! Affordable and delicious? Can’t beat that! I got a chocolate green mint cupcake. The cake was so moist and the icing wasn’t super sweet like most places.

Extremely rude ladies working there. Ngl, the pastries looked appealing, however, the staff were unprofessional and had major attitude when asked simple questions. Service definitely tainted my experience.

We have gotten their cookies for years. I recently bought a cake for my friends 60 birthday on short notice and she went above and beyond with it. The other two cakes we went and got them same day, out of the case. They were so tasty, moist, and the right about of sweetness. I would recommend this bakery to anyone looking for yummy cakes, cupcakes, or cookies! Also look how pretty they are!

80th birthday cake for my in-laws was a hit! MIL complains about all foods. But, not this cake. They loved it. It was beautiful, not too sweet , moist and had a great flavor. So easy to work with. Will recommend to everyone!

This location is just amazing. Not only did they do our wedding cake, cupcakes and cannolis but also did our daughter’s first birthday cake and cupcakes. Always go here for special occasions and or when we want to relive the great memories that go along with the amazing desserts! 1000% recommend no matter just for a random dessert kinda day or special moment. Can never go wrong. The staff is absolutely amazing. Make sure your order is always fresh and right! You never leave unsatisfied

A nearly $4 cupcake that had barely any taste and was very small. Kinda disappointed

The cupcakes are great. The service is terrible. The employees don’t know how to be kind to little kids. It’s too bad. Based on our experience, it wouldn’t matter how good the desserts were, we won’t be back nor recommending it to anyone.

Staff was rude with one lady telling me I was not from Brooklyn after I told her I was and then when I told her I was from Windsor Terrace. She turned around and walked away. No one greeted us when we walked in as a group and it was uncomfortable the entire time when we were all friendly.

The cake itself is very moist, but the icing is super sweet. The employee that helped me on 1.27.24 was very rude and when I asked for a price she would tell me that "it costs money to make things". Wow. If this company is from Brooklyn then they need to get some southern hospitality.

The staff at the bakery were incredibly rude and unhelpful as mentioned in other reviews.

All we wanted was a cookie for my 5-year-old and another one for my 2-year-old. We tried to order a specific type of cookie that wasn't in the 1/2lb category, but we were told that my 2-year-old's choice was only sold by the 1/2lb…okay fine. Even though all we wanted was one cookie for each kid. We reluctantly tried to have my 5-year-old switch her choice to one of the options in the 1/2lb category, and after much effort, we were successful BUT the girls behind the counter wouldn’t let her have the specific heart sprinkle cookie she finally decided on because they had to “pull from the back” seriously?!. Even if you had to pull from the back you can’t pretend to grab the one she wanted? She was beside herself.
However, the girls behind the counter then informed my husband that he had to buy both the 1/2lb of cookies and the individual cookie that my 5-year-old had originally picked out. We hadn't even touched the extra cookie, it stayed behind the counter the whole time, and my child hadn't even decided which cookie she wanted before they charged us.

To make matters worse, my 2-year-old dropped his cookie on the sidewalk right after taking it out of the box, and he became hysterical. I immediately went back to the bakery to explain what happened, but the girls behind the counter refused to give us another cookie, even though my toddler had just dropped it on the floor. They insisted that we had to pay for another one. The cookies ended up costing us $10, and they were so stale that my husband ended up throwing them all out.

We were extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Wouldn’t give this place another dime. The customer service and product itself is terrible. For such a “family friendly area” this completely missed the mark.
