Unfortunately, me and my parents went here to spend $100 for a bad Valentine’s Day experience. I will definitely not be returning.
We were served by Katie.
First, when we were walked to the table we had to dodge all the trash that was on the ground (and remained there for the duration of our meal). We then were left with only two sets of silverware for the three of us, and despite mentioning it and requesting one early on, we did not receive until after reminding our waitress again when our food arrived. My mother’s food was just straight up cold, and the extra marinara my father requested didn’t arrive until we were finished eating.
Not sure why there was so little support for FOH, since our waitress seemed like she was the only employee serving tables. Which led to her constantly forgetting things for us or taking a very long time to do anything. Probably took over 10 minutes for her to come back to collect payment once giving us our receipt.
Should’ve been all the sign I needed that the building was void of customers on Valentine’s Days. Couldn’t recommend this place less. Xoxo

Stuffed mushrooms and Zucchini Fritte were seasoned properly and tasted amazing. Meatball/ricotta was a salt bomb that ruined the experience of the other wise good taste. Both the mushrooms and meatballs were a lot smaller than pictured on the delivery app. The cardboard container the meatballs came in soaked up the sauce and the bottom fell out and spilled sauce all over my lap. Very expensive for the experience I had!!!! UPDATE 6/25/23 picture showed 2 chicken breast with my Bryan Chicken meal and only got 1. They have excellent food but very small portions which is frustrating!! $27.00 for the amount of food I received is crazy!!

Our recent experience made us feel this is not an Italian Restaurant. It is more like a Mexican Restaurant serving orange colored Taco Sauce in place of Red Tomato Sauce over our Pasta. The Chefs and food prep people of what we could see behind the counters, are all speaking Spanish loud enough for us to hear. No bother explaining Ms. Manager, you know of this and you are ruining a good named restaurant. Other Carrabba’s Italian Restaurants, in different areas that we frequent, do not have this problem. Sorry, we will not be back.

We dine here often. Always enjoy the food. Wish they had gluten-free bread available especially for dipping oil. Hate that I have to remember to bring my own bread to enjoy while everyone else enjoys the regular bread and dipping oil they provide

Ordered an appetizer and a drink, but somehow the food order took about 30 minutes. The server said that the kitchen mixed something up but there were only about 6 tables occupied.
Due to a move we hadn't been here in awhile. While the bread and salads were fine, the main course was totally bland and definitely not up to the price. Can get better value elsewhere. Very disappointed in the changes.

We often enjoy dining at our local Carrabbas in Apex. Our server Robin and management take good care of their customers. The wine dinners are a great value and delicious. Highest recommendation to all.
