I for one am tired of the parking lot of a drive thru. For whatever unknown reason, service has slowed significantly since the renovations. Number two, sanctioned line jumping by app users just exacerbates the problem. It should not take 5 minutes per car and then drivers are trapped in the drive thru. Over it.
